Came here for happy hour and sat at the bar. This place can get PACKED but luckily we got seats. We had the buffalo chicken dip which was kind of sad looking but tasted fine. We also got the pizza which was surprisingly good. The espresso martini was lovely. The bartender definitely got a few of our orders confused, but got them back on the right track. We also got the pretzel which was also kinda sad looking but tasted good with the beer cheese. Overall, fine place for happy hour! Would make a reservation next time I think.

We used to come here for post work happy hour when it used to be a different restaurant. I love this new spot even more. The decor is so cute and instantly catches the eye. I also love how comfortable most of the chairs and booths look. They're also really pretty colors which adds to the vibe. They have a really nice indoor/outdoor set up so it's a great place to sit outside when the weather is nice. They have these gorgeous white and golden tables with pink chairs as outdoor seating. On Mondays, they have all day happy hour. We got 5 drinks, a pizza, nachos, and the hummus dip and our total was less than $40/person. The cocktails they have all look really yummy and I definitely wanted to try most of them. The pizza was really good, a nice balance of sauce, crust and toppings. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The beet hummus dip was also really good and their pita bread was crispy. The nachos were okay, it lacked a good sauce and there wasn't enough beans on them. It was also not well balanced as the bottom had too many ingredients but the sides had plain chips only. Service was fast and efficient. Overall, I think this is a fun place to come and have drinks and snacks.

Nothing to complain about food-wise, but service seemed very disorganized. Took maybe 30 minutes for our orders to be taken, took two hours from our reservation time (which we made it to on time) for the last person to receive their food, and we were getting duplicate orders several times. Granted we were a large group (20) so I can understand there being mix-ups, but perhaps they need to work on fine-tuning their process before accepting large group reservations. Ambiance is fun and retro, ideal for a party vibe. Prices are pretty good for manhattan and alright food.

My favorite bar. Literally, I'm here all of the time. The bartenders are so friendly and amazing. They truly make the ambiance. Love yovani, rue, Niall - the entire crew! My friends and I come here pretty much every weekend. We've never had a bad time. Espresso martinis are *chefs kiss.* have tried multiple food items and loved each one. Bring back that Birria French dip! Amazing service, amazing ambiance. There's a reason this place is packed most of the time.

Stopped by this place for drinks. It's a narrow space, with bar seats & high tables along the wall in the front, it was relatively packed (Thursday night) but had open seats. We got guac dip to snack on and a few drinks. Service was slow, so we stayed longer than expected. Drinks were decent and flavorful. Dip was fine. Casual vibe and not a bad place to visit.

Wanted to experience brunch in NYC and came to The Factory 380 for their bottomless espresso martinis and fun atmosphere. We made a reservation easily online for 11:45 and they had our table ready for us with our name on it upon arrival. The interior is Andy Warhol themed, with pink accents, fun lights, and sparkling disco balls. The bathroom downstairs is also pink! They have many tables inside and a full bar with stool seating. For $25 per person you have 1.5hrs of bottomless drinks. You can mix and match drinks as well. Our server was attentive and kept the drinks coming quick which we appreciated. The mimosa and Bellini were pretty juicy and came in large servings. The espresso martinis were awesome! We thought we'd be sacrificing on food due to their amazing deal on bottomless but we were pleasantly surprised by how good our food was. My eggs Benedict with potatoes was very tasty, the bacon is Canadian bacon not your typical American bacon. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their steak and eggs and smoked salmon benny. Our brunch was perfect, however our only complaint is that my friend's espresso martini glass had a large gash in it and was shedding small glass shards everywhere. He didn't notice until his finger started bleeding. Our server addressed the issue immediately. Overall we had an AMAZING time at The Factory and can't recommend it enough! Definitely try out their brunch if you're in the area!!

This is one of the spots that gets the job done. Came for happy hour which was solid. Select cocktails were $9 and they had a 2 snacks/dips for $19 deal going on. Tried the espresso martini, 'I wish I could paint our love' cocktail, the chicken nuggets, and the buffalo chicken dip. The drinks were standard and the food was alright, but overall good for the price. If you're looking for a place to hangout with friends and snack/drink, this is a solid options. The crowd definitely runs young and the place is spacious. Almost seems like a place that could host a drag show (wink wink) with all the space in the back.

Eh, wasn't wowed. First off the ac is either non existent or was broken tonight! Drinks were ok. My margarita was so sweet I didn't even drink it. Food wise my salad was good nothing remarkable and I'd say the same for the lava cake!

I dropped by for Trivia Tuesdays and was surprised how fun it was! Come with a group of 6 or less people, and you play on your phone as a group. A great spot and activity to do with a group of friends! Food was alright - I got the factory n out burger. The burger meat was done a little too well for my liking, but the fries which were freshly fried and crispy, were the highlight of the dish.

This place is a VIBE. I plan on returning this week! The music and decor is super uplifting and fun, so it's perfect for a night out or with friends. Their happy hour deal is tough to beat. A ton of discounted cocktails and discounted food and it was all delicious. You can order small bites or larger items (like pizza) for happy hour. The service was great and fast. The entire waitstaff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. I really don't have much else to add here expect that you need to check this place out!

Such a great happy hour! $9 drinks from 3-8pm and happy hour food as well. I ordered the I wish I could paint your love and was a huge fan. It wasn't too sweet. Not super strong, but tasted great. For the food, the nachos definitely stood out to me. We made a reservation for a Friday around 6pm. The staff was attentive and the place was pretty big. However, the bathrooms were a little dirty. A good place to start the night!

Went here for a brunch with 3 of my friends to celebrate my 21st! Two of us got the all you can drink + an entree, the other two got signature cocktails + an entree. Overall the vibes were spectacular, we all enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was delicious and portions were great, the drinks were also delicious! Only reason I took off a star was because our waiter was not very attentive to us or acknowledge that we were celebrating a birthday :/ Either way I would return to review it but would hope they were more attentive.

I was warmly greeted by the gentleman at the door (5 service there), which set a great first impression. However, as soon as I walked downstairs, it felt like the space had lost its speakeasy vibe. I was seated right near the stairs and could feel cold air from outside every time the door opened, which made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised to see how much the cocktail menu had been reduced. When I asked about it, the response was that "the place changed a lot." That's fair -- places evolve -- but instead of highlighting the improvements or new strengths, the explanation focused negatively on what the bar used to be. As someone who really enjoyed the former version, that wasn't reassuring. Unfortunately, the drinks themselves didn't make up for it. One of the two cocktails was simply not good. No one came back to check on the drinks, and when I asked for the check after about 20 minutes, there was no acknowledgment that I had barely touched mine or any inquiry about my experience. Overall, a place I once enjoyed and recommended now feels more like a standard dive bar where " Mixologist " were replaced by bartender and were fun cool looking and tasty drinks were replaced by " less complex cocktail ", lacking the warmth and attention to detail that once made it special.

We were sat at the bar once and were very well taken care of by our bartender, Nikola. It was a Sunday night, so it wasn't terribly busy. It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

It somehow manages to feel both refined and relaxed at the same time. The kind of place where you half expect to spot Hemingway in the corner pretending not to eavesdrop. We started with half a dozen oysters, which were fresh, briny, and exactly what you want with serious cocktails. Crisp, clean, gone in about three minutes. For drinks, we ordered the Smoke Show and the King Tusk. The Smoke Show was beautifully balanced. The Grey Goose vodka and Dolin Dry gave it that classic martini backbone, but the fino sherry and brine added depth. The smoked olive oil and blue cheese olive brought just enough savory drama without overpowering the glass. It was complex but not fussy. The King Tusk leaned more aromatic and layered. The vermouths gave it richness, while the Buddha's Hand and osmanthus flower added subtle citrus and floral notes that lingered in a really elegant way. We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
