I cannot express how wonderful and professional The Family Plumber has been with my needs. My home was diagnosed with a large crack along one of my pipes underground as my home is on a foundation. Mario and his crew helped identify the situation and carefully constructed the best way possible so I wouldn't need to cut into my "exposed" floors. Instead we removed both bathroom vanities to enter underground and they were able to replace all my plumbing pipes, including a new sewer in the front of my property for easy clean-out. We live in a house that was built in 1947, so the plumbing is old to say the least... my wife and I discovered a leak from the cold water valve under our bathroom sink that ruined our vanity. We pulled the vanity out and I went about replacing the valve only to discover that every time I tightened the new valve down, the old threads would crumble underneath causing another leak. On Saturday from 8am to 11:45pm I tried everything I could to get it working until I just gave up and called The Family Plumber. Once we made our decision, Jen set up the installation date for the next day. Charlie installed the new unit with meticulous attention to detail, adding a few safety upgrades like a gas sediment trap, a drain line, and new exhaust venting, and an overflow pan.
