Called All Service Plumbing to make a service call appointment for a clogged drain for the next day. They gave me a time window and never showed up. I called and talked to two different people who said they would get back to me and never did. I wasted my morning waiting for them. I understand some jobs can drag out and I would have been okay with a delay but they didnt have the courtesy to let me know. Terrible communication and not professional. I used All Service plumbing about 4 years ago and they were great. However, almost every year I contact them for some plumbing work that we want to get done (such as repairing a garbage disposal, new laundry hook ups, installing a water softener). Every time for the last 3 years they fail to show up, if you can even reach them. Forget about getting work done, you can't even get them to give you a quote. You call them and they say they'll call you back only to never call you. You sit there waiting for them to show up but they never do. Don't waste your time. My experience did not go so well called them with a clogged shower drain but toliets were fine they sent joshua out he determined problem was clogged main drainout in front building i ok'd 400 to hydrojet sewer system run a camera and install a valve cover cap for future access. after cutting cement digging hole and removing my old drain out valve they did the flush ran camera and showed me sediment in sewer drain pipe and told me roots got in there i said ok and questioned why were toilets flushing and no blocked pipe but anyway he said to change pipe would be 6500.00 told him that ill think about and needed to talk to josh in meantime sewer feces and all were accumulating due to fact they left it open not to mention smell. josh showed up 2 days after i explained shower drain was still clogged with with main drain open and exposed and asked him if he would please run a snake thru it and kid you not within 2 minutes of runnin snake it unclogged than even after than he ran camera thru from outside in and did not find anything than said it needed to cleared out at a cost of 3500.00 and can do it same day again told him ill think about it and please just put it back together now that it was draining just fine said ok waited 3 more days for them to finish work left multiple messages and texts and even left owner luis esquibel message with no reply and did not finish work up or charge me anything here is a pic on how they left it ended off paying another contractor to finish up work is whole truth. read more

When a gas leak was believed to exist, we contacted ASP (All Service Plumbing). They were prompt in their response. They worked, confirming there was, in fact, a leak in our system. There were a number of leaks in our 71 year-old home. It was time for a complete repiping. Once we gave our approval, the material was ordered. Shortly, thereafter, the supplies were delivered, and work started. A few hours later, work was completed. The next morning, the gas company was on site, confirming our system was secure and returning our gas service. I believe we received a fair price. Have used before but am very disappointed in this experience. First scheduled an appointment no one showed no one called. Called next morning they apologized and sent someone right out. Plumber showed up for job without all the appropriate tools and proceeded to try and use a hand snake on an outside drain. Told him I've had it snaked many times over the years and didn't think that was going to work. Trued anyways then told me it wasn't going to work and needed a hydro jet. My kitchen sink suddenly started intensely leaking from a garbage disposal clog (intense as in water shooting out from the pipe and flooding the kitchen intense... truly traumatizing). We contacted All Service Plumbing due to our main line backing up at the street. They were on time the following day to service our main line. With our home being around 63 years old the clay pipes were showing severe signs of cracking and on top of the tree roots from the street completely blocked the street portion of our line. They installed a double cleanout by the house and installed a liner from the house back to the main city sewer line. The liner has a 30 warranty which we will never need to worry about again. Mike gave us a very fair price especially for the amount of work that was involved by him and his team. Mike was always in communication step by step as the project moved along. What can I say.. Our old water heaters pilot light went out and it wasn't safe. It was old. They replaced my water heater on Christmas Eve for a same day call. It wasn't cheap but for the response time and completion I'd say it was fair. The workers were good and seemed to know what they are doing. Hired these guys to repair my Water heater in one of my units and dishwasher and garbage disposal in the other. Guy came one to quote me and seemed to be making up prices on the fly. Hired them to fix all 3. My mistake. 1 week later my dishwasher stops working. I message the tech who fixed it and no response. Messaged the guy who seems to be the owner and he said he would check it out. Never showed up to check, and when I messages him again about it he goes MIA. Messaged tech again, nothing . I have not used this company before, but I called because they had good reviews. Yesterday at around 11 a.m. I made an appointment to have our main line rooted out. I do this annually to keep tree roots from blocking it. Amanda assured me that a technician would be over between 2 and 4 p.m. At 3:45 I called to see what was going on. Amanda told me she'd check with the tech and get back to me. At 4 p.m. Amanda called back and told me the tech would be here within 15 minutes. Five minutes later, someone else called and said no one could get here until 5:30. At this point, I told the woman that I was very disappointed in their service, and would be calling another company. She was understanding, but I was still upset that I'd wasted my entire afternoon waiting, unable to run errands or even do laundry. read more

These guys are awesome. They came out to my salon on a Saturday, which right off the bat made me happy because it's so hard to find plumbers on the weekend it seems like. They were very easy to communicate with via text, which was extra convenient. They sent me pictures (I live out of state) to show me the extent of the damage. Their work also came with a 5 year warranty which is great. They also fixed the floor so it's at least usable and wall where they had to access the pipes. The only thing I would change is that on the estimate, it shows the work they will do and one price at the bottom, instead of itemized with price for each portion. All in all I had a great experience, they were super professional and I will absolutely be using them in the future for maintenance on my salon. read more

I wanted to give a quick review to state that JOSH and his team from All Service Plumbing did a great job finding an issue in our plumbing system and correcting the problem expediently and for a very reasonable price honoring all yelp and online discounts. I really mean the service was quick calling and having to ask Josh for a later time so I could be home. The job required work under our home and Josh had the line cameraed several times to make sure it was clean and would not be problematic in the future. I have had ASP at our home before under a home warranty call but this was not covered by our home warranty and we are really glad about the way Josh and his team performed. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but after being ignored on phone calls and voicemails for several weeks, including not showing up to a scheduled appt, it became clear they had no intentions of fixing the issue they failed to fix the first time I hired them. I contacted All Service Plumbing to jet a sewer line for my property due to backup. They came out with a camera and informed me the line was collapsed due to tree roots. I removed the tree, and they told me the line could not be sleeved and would have to be replaced. Once that section was replaced, they shot a liner to the city sewer, opened up the street, and made that connection. Two months later, I had another plumber come out and inform me that the city sewer connection had collapsed and it would need to be redone. I spoke with the owner Mike about the problem, and he wanted to redo the connection a second time. I declined because his work spoke for him: shoddy. He has made no other effort to make it right, took his 38k and left (overpaid). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REAL WORK. They did not pull permits with city/county, nor provide me with any documentation except an invoice. Checking their license after sending payment, it was suspended. It has since been reinstated BUT DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Shoutout to Josh for being professional and kind. read more

Revised...I left and honest review but decided to edit it because Mike called me to understand my situation better. Long story short, they couldn't assess our clogged drain so I stopped the diagnosis and needed a 2nd opinion. They were fast and cooperative and I would give them another chance in the future. Make sure you ask questions and understand your problems before rushing into throwing money at a problem. My kitchen sink was backed up. I called a local plumber near me and it was the best decision I made. Josh came out and was 100 percent knowledgeable and detected the issue. Had slow draining shower, called them to come out to assess the issue. 2 men arrived on Time they said they would come. They attempted to snake, didn't work so they said would need to break concrete, cut the wall, replace the pipe etc etc. they said they would give us a quote the following day and they have not done that. Had a second opinion to find out all that work with breaking concrete/cutting the wall etc was not needed. Don't trust them at all and wouldn't recommend. Annoying to see such positive reviews with this happening on first encounter. read more

Not sure the office often schedule their technicians in tight schedules caused the techinican didn't arrive on scheduled window time or it just happened on my appointment day...... I made a appointment for 10/31 Monday between 10am -12 pm window. I waited till 12 pm and no one came. Later, their customer service called me and said the technician was still busy with current customer. He will be at my house very quickly. I asked her can he unless arrive before 1:30 pm, because I have work to do. She said yes, but one hour later she called me and said the technician can't arrive at 1:30 pm. So she signed me with another technician, named Diego. Diego and his partner came in 15 mins!!! super fast. They did the job nicely and explained to me the reasons my tube plumbing didn't work well and taught me how to maintain. I would give him and his partner a 5 out of 5 review. But about their office I would give a 2 stars. It would be nicer if the office send some one right away after is over the scheduled time window (10-12) so it won't waste too much of my time and that scheduled technician won't be in rush with current house he was working on. read more
