Nick Chavez was my plumber technician and he was very thorough with the evaluation. He told me what the cause was and the best reasonable solution was. After another plumber tried to fix one clogged outdoor side drain, the entire drain line failed (all 5 drains), I called two other plumbing companies for help/quotes. I went with Sara's best as Sara had come out a year prior for a consult to assess several things, and she was patient and impressive with her expertise. The receptionist was so nice and patient with me and my request for a camera inspection of the line. Nick (Chavez) arrived, was very nice and went right to the camera inspection first. He showed me areas of dense roots seen on camera. He said he could try snaking but it may need another method. I asked him to please try due to cost. He took his time and ran the camera down several of the outdoor drains before snaking basically the entire drain line from the street to along the side. He really worked hard, was able to pull out several dense roots, and it was successful! He even tested the line after to be sure. Just before the massive rain we received this Fall, I was incredibly thankful it could be fixed so the side did not flood again, and for a very decent cost. A huge thank you to Nick at Sara's Best! Our bathroom sink was blocked Friday night, I tried cleaning it myself by taking off the P trap and plunger. however, it needs deeper probing with a snake. I called several plumbers early Saturday morning and most of them want to charge emergency fee of $140, plus charge to clean the blockage ranging from $150-$175. Of all the plumbers that I called, Sara's was the quickest to respond and they don't consider Saturday an emergency. They were able to dispatch a plumber within an hour. Chester arrived at our residence, very friendly, very presentable, and got right down to work. He used a snake to clear out the blockage and was done in no time. Not only was the service great, the total charge came out to only $89. Really good service. I would definitely call them again next time if I need a plumber. read more

We had a dripping bathtub/shower spout which we called a plumber for in 12/23. He did not want to attempt the fix and told us that the water was coming from the shower head and the tile would need to be broken to fix the situation and so we put off the repair until 8/14/2025 as we grew tired collecting the drips of water and emptying four buckets of water on a daily basis.
