For my entree I went with the trout (whole fish that they butterfly) which was cooked perfectly and came with a trout roe beurre blanc sauce and vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and I think swiss chard or kohlrabi). I enjoyed the dish and it was a large serving, but think it would have been better without the roe. There was so much roe in the dish that it kind of overpowered the other flavors. I think just a simple/lighter beurre blanc would have been better. Someone else ordered the lamb chops which they said were very tasty but expensive (over $70 if I remember correctly). For dessert we got the chocolate cake and our waitress recommended we try the huckleberry ice cream. It is good ice cream, but very sweet as huckleberries taste like a sweeter blueberry to me. I think most people would love it though, I am just not into sweets.
