I wanted to like this place so badly but it's AWFUL! The customer service was terrible when I went the other day. There was some girl at the window with short reddish hair and seemed very uninterested and like she hated her job. I ordered a fix freeze with caramel and it was very watery and flavorless. My wife absolutely loves this place thanks to their Fix Freeze. It's only a few miles from our place but the fact she drives past a Starbucks, a Dunkin Donuts, and at least two other drive-thru places known for their coffee pretty much speaks for itself. I'm not a coffee drinker so if I'm with her when we go, I usually get an iced chai tea which is also delicious. The people there are friendly and courteous, service is fast, and no matter how much or how little we order, our order has been correct every single time. It's been a while since my last handcrafted coffee fix. Wrestling with the prices of take-out. And do it yourself at home $tyle. But this morning brought the need for relaxation. It's Memorial Day and I have it off. The dog needs walking and there is a new coffee place I've been curious about. Plus with this Covid-19 small business owners need the money. I drove up to the menu board. Looking at all the goodies. And I noticed I didn't see the option for "Blended," & started to panic. Here I am in a single curbed lane with no exit. Six cars behind me and three in front. The process is slow. No voice box to speak into. As I drive up to the window I am greeted with a friendly smile! And a big Welcome! I ask about a blended coffee mocha and she replied absolutely!! Whew! My favorite coffee drink! It's delicious! Definitely returning to The Fix! read more

I love to support local businesses ever since the pandemic hit. I have been the biggest fan of The Fix since it's closer to work. I have spent considerably good amount of money for a good cup of coffee each week. However, I was there recently and decided to order their Lotus specialty energy fruity drink. Before I even get to swipe my card to pay, a guy at the window asked me how much percentage I'd like to tip. Ummmm, I'm the most generous person however it really turned me off the fact that my medium drink which already cost over $5 asking me if wanted to leave a 15% or 20% tips?!? I get it! It's a choice whether to leave the tip or not but excuse me for real before I even get to pay for my drink he's asking me how much I want to leave for a tip. I have always been leaving $1.00 tip every time I go there! I'll just stick with Starbucks for now. read more

My friend and her husband turned me too the fix and I'm so glad they did!! I'm not big on coffee so I had one of there lotus drinks- omg sooo good! The cherry limeade was amazing, then I tried their lavender white peach- even better.. but during October they have a caramel apple one- holy mother of Jesus.. so so so so soooo good! Best coffee! Perfect roast without all the dairy and sugar added although I always order half sweet. I'm reluctant even writing this review for fear of long lines forming. I usually get a medium skinny latte extra shot half sweet with sugar free caramel and it's perfect every time. My bf gets a Fix freeze half sweet and my daughter has had the German chocolate mocha and the macadamia nut mocha breve. I've yet to try any baked goods but will after I lose all my quarantine weight. read more
