This is a great place to have your phone or tablet repaired. The owner, Ryan, is an entrepreneur…read morewho decided to create his own shop at a young age. That made me want to support them even more because this is a local homegrown business. Their prices and speed are extremely competitive too. I had my iPhone X screen and battery repaired/replaced for $150. My daughter's iPhone 6 got a new screen for $55 and her iPad 6 screen was replaced for $100. I know the parts are aftermarket and probably not the same quality as true OEM. But, if you are replacing parts on a phone, why pay top dollar? At that point, it makes sense to just get a new one. I certainly don't like paying for repairs to my devices. But, if you need it, this is the place. Since the staff seem to be vested in the business, they really care. Definitely better than the mall kiosks and other repair shops. Only unusual thing is their storefront is in an office complex down a long interior hallway. I assume it's because the rent is low and they got a lot of space cheaply. But, just know that it's not your usual "retail" location storefront. Overall -- Highly recommended.

He offered a glass and lcd repair for my galaxy note 8 for easily $40-$80 less than any other shops in the area. He had to order the parts, but he got them in just two days! My screen was shattered so badly that glass was falling off and the lcd had a black spot and lines across the screen, but now it looks like it's brand new! I was worried that a screen replacement on a note might make the stylus less responsive, but it works like I just bought it! Great, friendly service that I would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

They had us take the Xbox to the store where their advanced repairs are handled and fixed it properly at no additional charge. They also assured me that they would be training staff better so as not to improperly blame customers for damages. Original review: About three months ago, they "repaired" my son's Xbox by replacing the HDMI port. Unfortunately, they failed to secure the port. The reason I know this is that when it failed again and we took it back for repair under their warranty, they claimed that the port was "ripped off the motherboard." After receiving the Xbox from them the first time, we exercised the UTMOST care with that port and didn't even move the console after plugging it in. The only way that port could have been ripped off the motherboard is if it hadn't been secured properly in the first place.

I took my phone back in and they tried with another screen and still the same result Mindy I had only gone in and asked for a screen replacement in my phone was working fine other than that all of a sudden after they take my screen off and put an aftermarket one on my phone no longer works properly and then I requested that they leave the screen that they originally compromised my phone with on so I could take it to another store so they could fix the screen and now the power issue. Instead of leaving the screen they messed up with and giving me a refund. they insisted that there's no way they're techs anything Wrong when very clearly my phone wasn't functioning as they did the screen replacement. All they did was money back and shoot me out the door they did nothing wrong which just doesn't add up. I do not recommend coming here even while I was multiple people had issues with their products. My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault. The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray. For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened. My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales. My hope in sharing this is that it might prevent similar distress for others and prompt Cellular Sales to take immediate action to resolve such grave errors in the future.Sincerely, Brendon
