Well maintained and ideally located if you're in the area. Restaurant options are limited but the rooms are rather nice. Many of the amenities have odd functionality issues, like the sauna door you have to use your ninja fingernail grip to close since there isn't a handle. Apparently this has been the norm for the past five years, according to our spa friends. The jacuzzi on the northwest side works sporadically...sometimes turning the control nob works and sometimes it doesnt. I pointed this out to the front desk and they said "oh ya, it does that..we can't figure it out". All in all, this is a nice comfortable, clean place to get some rest. It also has a handy kitchenette!

A sandwich made 8/6 with 4 days of shelf life and the use by date is incorrect. Also past its correct use by date.

I never would have thought coffee roasting is such an extensive process but Elodie manages to educate me a little whenever I see her.

The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have toasted the ciabatta bread it would have been great. My friend mentioned the apple nachos were great. The sliced green apples were crisp, the granola tasty and crunchy, and the drizzle of honey was perfect. The service was very good. The peeps were friendly and welcoming. This place also doubles as a yoga studio. There plenty of parking right out in front. Free Wi-Fi is available.

They had lots of seating, including some comfy couches--I LOVE a laidback coffee shop! The decor was very modern with a clean, elegant vibe. Tons of natural light as well. There were lots of drinks to choose from, and they also offered food (but we had already eaten)! The barista was very helpful in describing drinks which helped me narrow down my choices. The shop shares some space with a yoga studio, so the bathrooms are large and spacious, have toiletries for freshening up, and some even have showers! For a small town coffee shop, Bristlecone really blew it out of the waters and amazed me! I'm super happy we stopped in, and can't wait for my next drive up to Brian Head to stop in again!!!

While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

Drink options are very limited unless you love beer or light 5 percent mixers. If you were hoping for something fun or creative, this is not that place. Hydration and mild buzz only. I had the burger, which was ok and did the job, but they changed the fries and I genuinely miss the old ones. A moment of silence for fries past. My daughter had the chicken kabobs and liked them a lot, so that was a definite win. The waiter was nice and attentive, even though I completely forgot his name, which feels rude but here we are. Truthfully, there just are not many food choices in Brian Head, so this place fills an important role. Not mind blowing, but convenient, filling, and friendly enough to earn a repeat visit when options are slim.

When we went, it wasn't too busy, so we ordered and received our food quickly. The lift tickets that we purchase, included a Spring Break $10 coupon, and they allowed 3 of us to combine our coupons to get $30 off our meal! Usually places don't allow you to combine coupons, but the cashier was awesome and allowed us combine them. We ordered a pizza, burger, and fries. Surprisingly, the pizza was quite good, filling us up. Would totally recommend it (although expensive without coupons). Fries are also good, but the burger is very mediocre. It's not the newest cafeteria, but feels very cabin-y and old school. There is plenty of seating, and a nice window to see the slopes. I just wished that there were more lights, as some parts of the building were dark.
