If I would criticize anything, it's that the dining room feels worn. Years ago, this place was a fine dining establishment before it shifted into a tavern concept. So I figure I'll have that and when she offers something other than fries, I say I'd like the mashed potatoes with gravy, (trying to choose a healthier option), she informs me they don't have gravy. Who serves mashed potatoes without gravy???? I mean seriously???!! So, I go ahead with the mashed without gravy, and hope for the best. Well.....................as could be expected at this point.............the fried Haddock is crusted in "who knows what!", but is the worst "Friday Night Fish Fry" that I have ever had.
