The menu changes regularly, so I try to visit whenever they announce a new one. Yesterday, we shared several small plates. The bacon-wrapped dates were phenomenal. I almost ordered a second serving before realizing we still had four other dishes coming! The chicken and waffles definitely satisfied my craving--crispy, savory, and full of flavor. The mushroom ravioli was also outstanding. We finished with the stuffed calamari, which reminded me of something my mom used to make when I was younger. It wasn't Asian-inspired like hers, but the concept brought back some wonderful memories. To top it all off, I enjoyed a delicious dessert while feeling pleasantly tipsy from the evening. Many things on the menu are very appealing but I ended up going with their Sunday smoker special, Beef Brisket with a side of Brussel Sprouts and Neeps & Tatties. The brisket was delicious and tender. A sauce came with it as well which paired incredibly with the meat. Both the sides were nothing short of perfect, and made for a perfect, well balanced meal. The food tasted delicious and there isn't a shortage of diversity on the menu. The staff were very kind, and combine that with the wonderful atmosphere made for a solid outing. Like, "how is it this late?" energy. We rolled into Jekyll & Hyde expecting the bare minimum--and instead got a staff that was still upbeat, friendly, and actually excited to help us pick food. Everything came out fresh and delicious, which honestly felt like a small miracle given how late it was. Then we went back on St. Patrick's Day, aka controlled chaos. The place was slammed, but the bartenders were absolute pros--friendly, fast, and somehow still smiling. They even had Irish dancers, which took the night from "fun" to "this is why we came out."
