I stayed at the Frederick for three nights last weekend, and it was a good stay. As it was a holiday weekend (Easter), the hotel prices were quite steep. I'd normally stay further uptown to be close to theaters, but staying at the Frederick was more reasonably priced over that holiday weekend. The staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient (it's right across the street from the the Chambers Street station where you can get the 1/2/3). The room was very small with a matching small bathroom to match. It was fine for me - I was solo traveling last weekend. The room didn't have a coffee maker (that I could find at least) - perhaps because you get a continental breakfast voucher with your stay and can get coffee down there. Overall, I thought it was a fine place to stay in the city. read more

Overall I had a great stay at The Frederick, they were very accommodating to our group. Some of the rooms are on the smaller side depending on where it's located. A few perks: champagne in the lobby during happy hour, umbrellas because sadly it was raining, easy access to public transit to get around the city. Walking distance to SoHo and Financial District. My only complaint is that my room did not have a full length mirror. A little thing but important if you're going out for specific events. read more

Recently stayed at the Frederick during my husbands most recent business trip. After reading reviews, I was a bit nervous, but I can honestly say that I had quite a pleasant stay during our 2 night stay. We were originally booked a full size bedroom, but were upgraded to a queen size room upon check in. Receptionist was extremely nice. We were given vouchers for the morning breakfast buffet. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing Chambers Street. I must say I was surprised in how quiet it was at night, considering how loud the city is. I'm a super sensitive to noise, and I didn't have to use earplugs. Bed was ok. Room was definitely small, but we managed. Overall, the Frederick is a good choice for the area. read more

Found this gem of a hotel on Google because I was seeking accommodations near the New York Supreme Court area and not too far away from the 34th Street - Penn Station. Discovered the Frederick Hotel in Tribeca and also realized I could book my accommodations through my work's booking platform. Done. What a treat this place is. 3 stops away from 34th Street Penn on the 1,2,3 lines to Chamber Street, and directly across the street from the subway line and the cutest seated courtyard area. The hotel boasted a lot of mid century character as well as modernized and classic decor and amenities. The staff was excellent!! Was met with the most welcoming energy from Syed at the front desk. Lovely energy and outgoing spirit. A truly kind gentleman who made my day by upgrading my room, free of charge, simply because it was my first time there and had never experienced Frederick Hotel when I WAS a NYC resident. When I got up to the 4th floor room, I was quite pleased with what I opened the door and saw. The room was very nice!!! Very large, almost Bay windows with a view of Chamber street and Broadway. One of the most comfortable Queen beds I've had the pleasure of experience. Too tired to venture out to rustle up dinner, I decided to order from Serafina NY Italian Restaurant, connected to the hotel, with a hotel entrance just adjacent to the Front Desk. The Bresaola and glass of Malbec hit the spot. Cured Filet Mignon, arugula, mixed medley of mushrooms, tossed in lemon juice and extra virgin Olive oil, topped a couple large shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano. Chef's kiss! Since I was only there for a couple nights and a packed schedule of events, so I didn't get the opportunity to experience the hotel "guest wine hours", but I am for sure experiencing The Frederick again and making it a point to toast a glass with the staff and fellow guests while I am there. Encountered Anthony, Angelu, and Jerry when I had groceries ordered to my room, holding the door open for me every time I entered and exited the entrance door, in the gym when I needed bottled water. All three going above and beyond to take care of my needs and make my stay so much more enjoyable. Kudos gentlemen. So much good to report after a staycation at The Frederick! Location was pretty perfect. Right out the door was the 123 line, so coming from Jersey it was incredibly easy and quick. We were about a 20 minute walk to the Soho area, and only a few stops from the village. We couldn't have asked for a more central spot. Our hotel room was for sure meant for 1 person (tiny, one bathroom, full bed) but two gals made it work. Your room comes with continental breakfast next door at Serafina. The fresh coffee before you head out for the day was a treat, and the yogurt bowl and fruit was also lovely, but nothing else seemed too fresh. There was also no mug or cup without stains on the inside I stuck to paper cups. The big standouts of the stay: The staff! Everyone was so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They were so ready to answer any question and help us catch the right subway when needed. The other win was the hotel bar. We planned to just start our night here but it turned out to be sooooo fun, swanky, vibey, cozy, you name it. We ended up staying most of the night. And when we did leave, it wasn't long before we returned to cap the night right back where we started. Room was small but still had everything you'd need: some closet space, toiletries, a big shower (that was a little tough to get to the right temp). If I got a good deal I would stay again for sure! read more

We absolutely love staying here. Three years ago in 2022 we had our wedding guests stay here and the crew here really made it a memorable stay. This year we got to share the experience with our son and everyone was very courteous and appreciated our return visit, it was extremely welcoming. The entire staff here was so kind and helpful. Let me start with the pros. The location - quiet area, so much within walking distance, close proximity to subway and restaurants. The staff was beyond helpful, and the room was spotless. What I wasn't a fan of was how small (tight) the room was. I've stayed at many hotels in the city but this was up there for one of the smallest. And the worse was the noise coming from the hallway, room above you, room next to you or below you is unbearable. You can hear EVERYTHING. You will hear constant door slamming, conversations, and tv's blaring. I didn't get the best night's sleep because of the noise. If I return, I know to bring my earplugs. read more

Location: very convenient, safe to walk around and subway stop right outside. Hotel: Typical small NYC hotel with decent decor. Not very functional rooms though. It probably would be fine for solo traveler with a backpack but the lack of shelf/storage is very evident as soon as you use anything. Here is my list of grips: 1. Don't give me a recycle bin that's bigger than regular trash can. Especially for travelers. 2. Don't put a minibar occupying half of the already very small closet. 3. Do put up some shelves or hanging rods along the wall so at least we don't have to put everything on the floor. read more

Besides the location not sure who would really recommend staying here. We had been barely greeted without trying to get us to upgrade for more money to a bigger space checking in. The rooms are tiny, I mean you feel like you're in a shoe box. The TVs are barely 30 inches. You hear everything inside and outside all night long it doesn't stop and just continues to get louder. Outside conversations seemed like they were in our room. If you plan on staying longer than a night spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. I personally won't be returning. read more

We were very happy with our six night stay here. My daughter and I used this as our home base while she attended some activities nearby. I worked from the room M-F and found the room perfect for work. The breakfast each morning was exactly the same: croissant, yogurt, fruit, rice crispies granola bar. I requested water each morning to accompany the coffee offered. Subway access right outside of the door was great. The variety of local restaurants was nice. The staff were accommodating when we needed to store our luggage at the end of our last day. I requested a mini fridge prior to arrival and it wasn't in place when we arrived. They quickly brought one up upon notification. Four stars for a nice room and staff. The service fee is a bit much and should be added to the base cost- I'd pay more for the room. read more

Since my husband and I just returned from our second stay at The Frederick, I thought it was time for an update especially since I downgraded them by one star and considered downgrading them to two stars. That said, I still like many things about this hotel and I would consider a third stay with some caveats. I just hope they pay attention to their reviews. I think they do since I got a response from Chrisoph Duerrbeck, the Director of the Front Office within 30 minutes of my having filled out the online survey they sent me. Let me explain: The hotel is lovely. It is a boutique hotel in the heart of Tribeca, one of our favorite areas of NYC. There is a lot of charm here. While the rooms are small, that is often the case in NYC so that's not the issue. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. What upset us with this visit is the so-called "facility fee". In addition to the room charge you are up-charged for a facility fee except one is never told directly what you are entitled to by paying this fee. What I later learned is that this fee entitles you to a walking tour of the area. There is also a free glass of wine in the lobby from 5pm-6pm on Fridays and Saturdays. There is apparently also free and presumably unending availability of bottled water for the asking. There is a hotel gym to use. Last year, none of this was explained to us and I think it all just went over our heads. This year, it might have gone over our heads again except that on Sunday morning I looked at my emails and noticed that on Saturday afternoon I had received one from the hotel inviting my husband and me to the lobby for the wine hour. The problem is while on holiday as we were, I don't incessantly check my email. We were in our room on Saturday between 5pm and 6pm getting ready to go out for dinner. We could have easily gone down to the lobby for the wine hour. We would have loved to. Why couldn't we have been told about this while we were checking in? What happens if you stay at the hotel and it's not a Friday or Saturday? I don't believe they lower the facility fee even though the wine hour is not offered. And why is there even an extra fee for one glass of wine? Why were we not told about the walking tour of Tribeca when we checked in? Why not just charge for the walking tour to those who want it? Why were we not told that bottled water is available for the asking? I would have taken a few bottles for our room rather than purchase bottled water as we did from an outside store. We did not know about the gym either and wouldn't have used it anyway since we walk miles in NYC. This hotel is not a resort. It's lovely but it is a hotel in the middle of Manhattan with all kinds of services readily available outside the hotel. To require paying guests to pay an additional facilities fee and on top of that not notify guests what they are entitled to feels like a scam. The Front Desk manager upon reading my survey results, refunded our facilities fee, which was the right thing to do. I say do away with the fee to begin with though. The reasons I would consider a return have everything to do with the hotel's location and the ease of driving your car into the city and being able to park it here. That is a luxury in NYC. It doesn't come inexpensively to do so but this hotel makes it easy. You drive up to the front of the hotel, someone comes out to help you with your luggage and someone else whisks your car away to a garage. Kudos to hotel employee Kazi who was the employee who came out to help us with our luggage and who called the driver to park our car. He was friendly, ever-present (does this guy take a lunch or dinner break?!) and is really the sweetheart of the hotel. Last year, Andre was the concierge and he was lovely. I heard he got promoted and is now uptown at a sister hotel. Pity for us. The concierge this go-round was friendly enough but clearly did not tell us anything. He seemed like an undertrained, somewhat robotic novice. On the plus side, this year we were given coupons, one for each night of our stay, that entitled us to coffee and pastries from the restaurant, Serafina, attached to the hotel. We didn't have these last year. So either this is a new perk or someone forgot to give us those coupons last year. Given everything, it's hard to know. Next time we consider staying here I will call to inquire whether the facilities fee can be waived. I don't need to go to the wine hour if indeed I was there on a Friday or Saturday evening and "free" bottled water is not a necessity. PS....Many boutique hotels I have stayed at offer a complimentary wine hour every evening for guests, free bottled water, sometimes gym access and all without a phony baloney facilities' fee tacked on. I have stayed at The Frederick Hotel twice now, and would absolutely recommend it for my friends and family. If you're looking for something a little more luxurious but still in the mid-price range (by NYC standards), this place is a great find. The rooms are lovely (and cozy, as others have mentioned), and both of my stays had beautiful views of the surrounding streets. The location is great, especially if you know the city a bit and would prefer to stay at a quieter, non-midtown location. The three words that best characterize both my stays are comfortable, clean, and chic. I'm a sucker for their aesthetic! The hotel is located near several restaurants - many that are $$$$, but definitely more affordable options as well. I have recommended this hotel to my friends who visit the city and are looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay. Also, if you're in a situation like hosting family members that aren't the crash-your-sofa type, this might also be a great option for them. This was my first time at the Frederick, but definitely won't be my last! First of all, the subway is literally right outside the hotel entrance, which is key. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great lounge and restrooms, and leaving my baggage prior to check-in was no problem. The staff are all lovely and helpful. There is coffee in the lobby starting at 5 am, and the included breakfast buffet starting at 7 am has SO many offerings, all delicious and mostly healthy options, and tiny jars of Nutella and Bonne Maman honey! The room was super comfortable and clean with lots of amenities, a bit on the small side, with one full-size bed, but since I was solo and out most of the time, it was fine! It was nice and quiet too, and I didn't hear much noise from the hallways or adjoining rooms. Another bonus was that I never had to wait for the elevators, like you usually do at most chain hotels with many many floors! read more

This hotel is probably more like 3.5 stars but it gets bumped to 4 when you add in the fun, quirky bar in the back. And while I realize it's futile to bitch about money when you're staying in NYC, on top of the hotel rate and taxes (all of which were already paid), they had the audacity of charging us a "service fee" for, what we deemed was breathing their air. A "hotel air-breathing charge" if-you-will. Insane. But I digress, the room was clean and small, the lobby was decent (oh, but the filtered AIR!) and the bar was fun; made much more exciting after 11PM on a weekend where the 20-somethings in random garb show up in droves. If nothing else, the "air-breathing fee" could be chalked up to watching all these ridiculously dressed millennials spending their rent on $30 cocktails. Very overpriced for such a small and rather cheaply done room. Really paying for location and that is all. I can't imagine having to share it's not enough space for one. Even though there were a couple of things that didn't make our stay at this hotel the best we ever had, but I am still giving this place 5 Stars just on the great service we received at this hotel. We got to New York on what was probably one of the coldest days they had this winter and when it was bedtime, we could feel coldness in the room. It appeared that our heater wasn't kicking in that night and having two of the biggest windows didn't help either. You could tell the windows weren't sealed that great, because you could feel just an ever so slight draft coming in, plus the building itself is probably old as heck as well. But we called down and they apologized and offered to bring up a space heater and more blankets, which actually helped. Another thing that didn't work correctly was our mini fridge in our room. That was a bummer too because I had meant to save a slice of Prince Street Pizza from the night before for the next day, but the temp got so warm in the fridge overnight that I didn't want to risk eating that last slice. I brought those items up to the front desk and they offered to move us to another room, but we decided to just stay in that room with the extra blankets. They also replaced the fridge on the spot. We were only there at night anyways and that was to sleep. The rest of the hotel was good. We had plenty of hot water coming out of the shower, when they said they would send somebody up, they were there in 5 minutes. They even reheated my good pizza slices for me. So, the guy at the front desk made it right by giving us breakfast vouchers for Serafina Tribeca Restaurant embedded in the hotel and also made an adjustment on our bill for the inconvenience. Btw, that room was on the 3rd floor and like I said the building feels so old, and the windows are so thin you could literally hear everything at night and early in the morning on the streets, every truck driving by, every honk, everything!! Not the best room to stay in, but again this place gets 5 Stars for service. read more

The Frederick Hotel is a great boutique hotel and I would absolutely stay here again. I stayed at this location back and handful of years ago when it was the Cosmopolitan hotel. Since then, about a year and a half ago, it changed ownership and received a serious facelift. Tons of little touches that make you feel at home. Comfy chairs, bed, towels, robes... The staff is also very personable, professional, and helpful. I let them know that I would be arriving late and they let me know it wasn't a problem. When I did arrive at nearly 11pm, they were ready for me. Thanks, Andre! I was informed of Serafina for food and Primo's for drinks. As it was late when I arrived, Primo's was busy and playing some good, loud mixes. I didn't have a chance to make it in, but had I been able to I would've gotten 25% off between 5-7pm as a guest of the hotel. When I made it up to my room and was pleasantly surprised by the size. I had a king size bed and still had room to move about freely. The curtains are true blackout so you'll get a great nights sleep without being awoken by the sun. The only thing missing was somewhere to put my luggage. The hairdryer wasn't great either, but they so rarely are. The rainfall shower head was great and the shampoo/conditioner smelled good and did a decent job. Upon departure, I left my bag to wander about the city. When I returned, I was helped immediately by Tony and ready to go. No ridiculous wait searching for my luggage. He also made comfortable small talk and loaded my bag into the car. The first afternoon when we arrived and stepped into it, our assumption was that the most recent passenger had been painfully flatulent. But hours later, the smell remained. Our friend identified the smell as "dirty mop." Maybe. To us, it smelled like city sewer/subway rot. Something must be done. Smell was still nauseatingly apparent when we checked out 24 hours later. My friend gave me hell about writing this negative description for a brand new business. I'm not worried. They'll get this figured out. The room was great, and we would ABSOLUTELY stay there again. Booked a hotel room this weekend and pre paid the visit, well with all that's going on with the CoronaVirus and airports, CDC asks people to suspend their travel plans and to think thoughtfully when traveling. Owning a business and traveling frequently to New York City I thought for sure that the hotel would allow me a Refund or at least a credit for a future stay! Nope. They refuse to accommodate me. Even though what's going on with our country, greed and money sends a clear message to my sister and I and we will never stay at this property again, I'll be sure to let everyone know, trip advisor, Yelp, google, etc, I'll also be writing a letter to the CEO of the company. Not sure why this hotel has such high reviews. My boyfriend picked this hotel based on the reviews. The rooms are tiny even by NYC standards. The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, they are about as comfortable as my grandmas 50 year old pillows and I slept on a bunch of folded towels for some support for my head. The mattresses and bed frames are pretty old and cheap because the bed shakes from any movement. The heat/AC makes a terrible whistling sound. Half of the rooms face inside the building meaning there is no light. The Hilton in Chelsea is cheaper than this hotel and so much cheaper. Overall, extremely unsatisfied with my stay here. read more

My sister and I were traveling with a newborn and at check in they told us our room wasn't ready and said will give us a call when it's ready. Never received the call and we walked around the city in the cold for hours (feeding and changing the baby at a nearby Starbucks). The room we got had no windows and way too tiny to even fit our stuff and a stroller. This is def not a family friendly hotel. If you're traveling with a child, look somewhere else bc this isn't it. The Frederick is one of the best places I've stayed in the country. I've read some negative reviews here, and to me they were like "this is downtown Manhattan, what did you expect?!". Some people blame the hotel with stuff they can't do anything about; so let me share some of my personal thoughts and feelings real fast. Now, the location is amazing, a lot of local sights are in walking distance from the place. As well, you have an access to some metro trains right in front of the hotel, and many more just like a block or two away. Moreover, the hotel takes the entire building, they are not sharing it with anyone else. The room was exactly as shown and described here, not more nor less. Unit looked freshly remodeled, and there were no smells or something like it. As I read in one of the comments, the lady said "The room was spacious by NY Standards", and I agree. Normally, I would say it's a little small, but we also have to consider the area, the building, and all the offers from hotels around. Someone said in one-star review, "there was jackhammering noise coming from the street". I mean, are you four-year old? Can you comprehend where you are and how acoustics between buildings work? What hotel has to do with this? Anyways, yes you can hear some street noises, but they aren't terrible. At the end, room had everything you may need for your small trip - like a fridge, hair dryer, hangers, lamps, glasses, Iron and all that useful stuff. I liked the bathroom too, those tiles in 20's style look super cool, and there is a bathtub with a glass pane separation, not just a 1sq ft shower cabin! Service was just outstanding. In places like New York, you don't ever expect people to be polite and to care much; here, however, it shocked me a ton at the Frederick. Every single staff member was super nice and helpful, smiling at all times and bringing the mood up since the morning! The hotel also has a closet, where they can store your belongings and luggage if you came prior to check-in time, or if you have a huge gap between check out and your flight as we did. The latter surprised a lot, to be honest, because even after you checked out, they stayed helpful. Other than that, the Frederick hotel was super clean, so here's the big shout out to housekeeping team, great job ! So as a conclusion, coming to downtown Manhattan, you need to know where you going, only then you have to pick the place. The Frederic was our place, and it was an excellent choice. 3.5 stars, rounding up because I think this place will turn out well once renovations are finished. As it stands, some parts of the hotel are quite nice - my room, for example, had a very comfy bed and excellent blackout curtains that kept the room pitch black all morning. The shower offered cute tile art with a map of Manhattan. Yes, the room is minuscule, but it is New York and a prime location if you have business meetings in the financial district. Certain amenities, however, clearly still haven't been updated. Only one elevator worked when I was there, and one stairwell was closed for renovation. The other stairwell was pretty unfinished as well. The exercise room was equally sparse, just a few machines (like, literally 3), and poorly marked. That said, these difficulties felt like growing pains that it will hopefully come out of once the renovations are finished. read more

Stayed here for a night recently . I would say over all it's just okay. It was not a bad experience but I wouldn't stay here again. The location is a plus. Right outside is the 1,2,3 subway line and it's an easy place to get quickly from penn station on the 2. For the price point, I have stayed at nicer for cheaper in the city. The room was very small, even for nyc. The bathroom was barely functional, but not a huge deal. My biggest complaint was the noise. You can hear everything in the hallway (which also means people in the hall can hear what's going on in your room). The breakfast wasn't anything special either. My recommendation -- definitely not the worst place, but for the price go somewhere else read more

I placed a reservation through Priceline, I recently called the hotel and learned our room only had one double bed! I am traveling with a coworker so this is completely not an option! I have booked through Priceline for hundreds of trips and accommodations for two have always included two double beds! I am trying to cancel or have the bed selection changed! I was told I need to speak with a supervisor, problem is NO ONE will call me back! Priceline has even tried to advocate for me without success. For close to $500 I couldn't be more upset with the costumer service!!!! read more

I am at my wit's end! I come to NYC for work. My office is in TriBeCa and the pickings for the hotels are slim. I have tried several and none are satisfactory or pleasant. Excellent location - walking distance to Chinatown, West Village, SOHO, etc. Subway right outside front door. Queen-bed room on seventh floor is huge, spacious, quiet with nice view of WTC. Bathroom is perfect size with a rain shower head. Water is hot and AC/heat functions perfectly. Room seems recently renovated and furnished well. Bed is super comfy and room lighting is exceptional. Small desk work well and lots of USB charging ports build in. Here for a week. Would happily stay again. read more

This hotel is beautiful and everything looks brand new. I love the map inside of our shower and the robe/slippers provided. The chocolate that is left on the bed upon arrival is delicious. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful at checkout and check in. We got the smallest room, and I was surprised at how tiny it was. There was barely any room to store our luggage or walk around the room. If you have two people, I would recommend getting a larger size room. The location was walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge and the World Trade Center Memorial. It was also close to Canal Street and Little Italy. Stayed here for a business trip and I would definitely stay again. You can tell that it is recently updated - nice new paint, carpet, bathroom tile is clean and new. The staff was very friendly. Thy have a pretty good Italian restaurant attached to the hotel that does their room service and a fun little bar in the back of their lobby. The rooms are definitely NYC size but not too small! The Frederick has been exceptionally renovated into a beautiful boutique hotel. I arrived from a Red Eye and even though my room was not ready, they held my bags and gave me access to a bathroom in the fitness area to freshen up. Each employee was gracious, friendly and always going the extra mile. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, comfortable and as you would expect in any New York hotel, especially that of a historic building, a little on the smaller side. Also, the restaurant on site, Serafina, was amazing and a great place to grab a few drinks as well as a bite before heading out on your adventures. Beautiful and cozy boutique feeling hotel in tribeca. Love the location and everything in this hotel is new! And clean! Cozy = polite word for small but as small as the room is, it's very comfortable. You expect nyc rooms to be small and usually only have them to sleep in anyhow! Cute hotel hidden in TriBeCa but perfectly located near the trains, Broadway, city hall and downtown. This place is currently under construction but nothing to be concerned about. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The gym is small but sufficient. The rooms are rather tiny but just what you need for a night or two in the city. This place was adorable. We only stayed for one night and got there super late so I didn't even think to take photos but I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is perfect if you want places to eat, walk around... it has it all. The rooms were NYC sized small but they were so clean and updated really well. I would even go as far as saying this was the cleanest NYC hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was nice and had everything I needed to freshen up in the morning. Staff was wonderful and I will be back when I need a place to stay. It is also a quick hop to Penn Station if you need to arrive/leave from there. read more

Location is great and the hotel is very stylish. The pros end there. I lived and worked in TriBeCa for a few years, so I know going in that it's one of the most expensive areas of nyc. However, my husband and I go back for work once a month and love the area, so we bite the bullet. When we checked in, my husband was screamed at by a valet to move, meanwhile, we were there for valet. The valet is expensive. However, the big problem is that you can't move your car,during your stay. This was a big deal as we had our children with us and all their stuff, but more importantly all our needs for presentations, that now had to be hauled into the hotel and then a taxi. The room designation was a joke, as there were steps in and out of our room and a tight corner, which is so much fun with a stroller. When we ordered room service is took almost 2 hours, and we were charged for almost an entire mini bar because we had to move (not open or consume) items to make room for milk-since the fridge was stocked to the brim. We got a parking ticket while our car was with valet and when customer service tried to amend the problem, they offered us a rate for our next stay, that was$200 more than the same stay, online. Save your money and go to a much cheaper and better hotel, in any direction read more

Really bad. Took me 20+ minutes to check in because they "overbooked and couldnt find a room for me". Finally I guess they found one and I've never seen a smaller room. The "view" is into someone elses window in a building nextdoor 3 feet away. Tried to call roomservice and no one ever picked up. On my second night, the alarm clock on the nightstand went off (SO loud) at 4:50am. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. read more
