    World cup!

This place is amazing. They have a secret menu, and will customize pretty much anything if you're cool. Plus they've got multiple tvs where you can watch the world cup, while drinking amazing beer.

I came here today for a quick beer, and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a pretty solid beer line up and great prices. I appreciate they they had a pretty good size bar, too. The color blue makes the ambiance a very relaxing vibe. I would love to come back and try some of their food!

GIVE MICHAEL A RAISE! Super cool dude and chill place. It's my first time here and parking is super easy and there are a wide range of beers. There are a lot of seats and TVs for the game. Service was super quick and everyone is so kind! I am grateful

Amazing and friendly service. Good prices (~12 ish dollar sandwiches, hot or cold). I got the Pastrami this time and it was one of the best I've had, even compared to renowned hole-in-the-wall places in LA. I've had the chicken club before too which was also . Nice variety of local beers as well. Random fact: you can leave your car overnight 1 night if needed, though I got a ticket saying I now have a 1-time "permanent warning" for next time... but they don't tow or fine for the first one. Staff confirmed you get 3 warnings.

They were quite busy on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, but thankfully I ordered online for pick-up. The order was waiting for me on the online mobile order pick-up shelves. Since you pay on the website, you can just easily pick up your order! With a quick glance into the restaurant, there was plenty of seating, however the thing that was holding up the line was that there was only one register open. I got the California Delight. Typically, I am not too fond of cream cheese on various foods, but surprisingly, all the ingredients provided a great balance of flavors and textures. The sandwich is a great portion size, while not feeling too heavy. I really like the addition of the sunflower seeds and sprouts which add a more unique crunchy texture to every bite.

My favorite place in Orange County for a sandwich and a beer. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gives a family atmosphere as the guest. Absolutely love their beers and love their sandwiches. Must order extra signature sauce which is a sweet and sour sauce

This board & brew location has tasty sandwiches, quick service and a laidback vibe. Ambiance & Aesthetic: 7.5/10 the ambiance is chill laid back with a hangout bar, and some TVs to catch games or a race. The aesthetic is more New age beach vibe. Service: 8/10 The individual at the counter was friendly and welcoming, she took my order quick ensured everything was correct, and the food came out quick too. The chicken caesar wrap: 7/10 The wrap was robust with fillings, but the chicken was a bit dry, and the whole wrap was bit light on the dressing with having pockets of it throughout vs being tossed. The cucumbers & onions were fresh and a great crunch, but the tomato's had a little acidity or tartness to them almost unripened. They have an awesome selections of beers on tap as well, overall this place has great sandwiches and a cool local hangout spot!

This Board & Brew location in Irvine's Oak Creek Shopping Center is the best possible version of any Board & Brew imaginable. The store is immaculately clean with amazing decor, the staff is super professional and hardworking and also caring, the food is really good and tastes the way it was meant to taste, and there's plenty of parking in the shopping center. Totally recommend this location if you're looking for some affordable and good-quality sandwiches!!

The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection and everything we tried was excellent. For years, Hangar 24 has been a place where families can gather, enjoy great food and drinks, listen to live music, and allow their children to safely play and have fun. It has created a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad audience, and that family-friendly atmosphere is one of the reasons so many people continue to return. Last night, however, I noticed a significant change that concerned me. Instead of having the live band perform earlier in the evening, a DJ played first and the band performed much later. Many people, including myself, came specifically to enjoy the live band, and the new format seemed confusing to much of the crowd. As I observed throughout the evening, very few people were dancing during the DJ set. Most guests remained seated, looking uncertain about the change. In addition, some of the music selections and volume level felt inappropriate for a venue that attracts so many families with young children. I noticed several children covering their ears, and many parents appeared uncomfortable. From my perspective, Hangar 24's customer base is largely made up of families. Those families purchase food, drinks, and often stay for several hours while their children enjoy the outdoor space. By scheduling the live band later in the evening, many parents are forced to leave before the performance begins because their children are tired or it is simply too late for a family outing. If the goal is to attract a younger nightlife crowd, a better approach might be to have the live band perform earlier in the evening when families are present and then transition to a DJ later at night for guests who prefer that atmosphere. This would allow both audiences to enjoy the venue without alienating the families who have supported Hangar 24 for years. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy coming to Hangar 24 and want to see it continue to succeed. I believe many guests share these concerns, and I hope management will carefully consider how these changes may impact the loyal family customer base that has helped make Hangar 24 such a popular destination. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer

Left Coast has a great baseline--ample parking, versatile indoor/outdoor seating, a full bar, and a solid tap list including a great sour and seltzer. However, our Wednesday 3:00 PM visit fell short on basic execution. The indoor music volume was our first hurdle; the heavy, pounding bass was simply too loud for mid-afternoon, making it nearly impossible to talk. Despite the hot day, we opted for the patio, which had devolved into a frustrating maze of drifted tables and stray chairs left exactly where previous customers had abandoned them. An hour later, move back inside because the patio was apparently reserved for an event--disappointing, but understandable. The real letdown was the food and facilities. We ordered the brussel sprouts and brisket burnt ends (5 small pieces--$13). While brisket is naturally fatty, it requires proper kitchen prep. The soft fat cap should be trimmed to a uniform quarter-inch to render down, and the hard inner layer--the deckle--must be carved out entirely. Only the deckle could survive their "17 hour smoke", will never be anything other than an unappealing greasy blob, and should never be served. Finally, the women's bathroom was unacceptable. Walking in, I was smacked in the face with an overwhelming stench of urine. Again, brewery, not fancy--no problem. But for a three-stall bathroom to smell that severe just five hours into the business day points to a real lack of basic maintenance. Left Coast has so much going for it, and the menu looks incredibly promising. I'm not sure if this was just an understaffed day or an off afternoon, but resetting the furniture, cleaning the restrooms, and properly trimming the meat would easily make this a top-tier spot. I'll definitely return down the road to try a different dish and hope for a better experience.

They have tons of parking in this shopping center. They share it with TONS of other places. One of my BFFs saw this on an Instagram video and wanted to check it out. *They do take reservations When we came in we checked in with one of the waitresses. She said she would seat us in a minute. To be honest, she did forget about us. A waiter walked up to us and asked us what was going on (we were standing there for around 7 - 10 minutes) and we told him we had a reservation for the speakeasy. He immediately apologized and sat us. This camp themed speakeasy has a couple booths. It's on the smaller sides. Which, speakeasy's are usually small to begin with. I did not get the waitresses name, my friend and I were busy catching up. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. I will say service was a 2/5. However, the actual restaurant, cozy pine is located in, was packed because of the World Cup being on TV. So I definitely was not going to complain The food Our food order did come out extremely FAST. Faster than our drink orders. -the campfire guacamole -BBQ shoestring fries (had bbq seasoning all over them so it tasted like a BBQ potato chip) -Glamping plate (charcuterie board) -steak tacos (one without onion and cilantro -churro affogato Again, the food was VERY fast!! And to be honest it wasn't that bad. I'll say, speakeasy's usually shine in the drink department vs food. Drinks -Lycheed and Loaded Ketel One, lychee liqueur, lemon, elderflower. This was extremely delicious! If you don't like to taste your alcohol? Go with this. It was really refreshing. Hand this to me at a spa and I'd be the happiest gal in the world -Camp Anawanna $17 Graham cracker-infused bourbon, licor 43, chocolate, torched marshmallow (the waitress catches the marshmallow on fire at the table) This one was stronger and I didn't think it was overly sweet despite the ingredients I think they had a good selection, especially for a small speakeasy. I have been to better, so I don't think I'd return. Especially since the service was not that great. We still had a good time and recommend for every speakeasy lovers list.

After our party of six chatted over cocktails and preyed on pupus, we moved to a "secret" room tucked in the back of Stowaway and walked into a Belly Of The Beast. The founders and co-owners of Stowaway, Leonard Chan and Dominic Iapello, created this extension to the tiki bar with a wildly interesting Pinocchio theme and the famed encounter with Monstro the whale all the while serving the same offerings in Stowaway but with also an exclusive limited menu just for this adventure. With its proximity to Disneyland and its Enchanted Tiki Room, with the very niche underground-like society of tiki culture they found a consistent customer base and the thrill of island escapism through colorful cocktails, pleasurable pupus, tropical trimmings, and nostalgic know-how. How would my belly handle the beastly drinks concocted here!? PURCHASE(S) Gepetto's Last Words ($16.00): Intrigued by the cocktail's name, this elixir was crafted with Fid Street Gin, tangerine, creme de violette, lemon, and cucumber, it was a citrusy refreshing sweet drink that was decorated with bright yellow petals. It was nice, but for whatever reason it just didn't quite hit the spot. [ONION RINGS/STRAWS/STRINGS ALERT - 4.0 of 5.0 STARS] Onion Rings ($9.00): A decent portion with rings of medium to large sizes, these were hot, dark golden browned, crunchy, and had a slight tendency to crumble when bitten into while the onion ring (sweet Maui!) rarely pulled out at times. They were lightly oily while the catsup wasn't needed but used. SERVICE While in Stowaway, we informed our male server to let us know when we were allowed to enter the belly. Once inside and situated, we had the place and bartender to ourselves. After we all perused the menu, we placed our orders, and everything arrived within ten minutes. The rest of the time was spent chatting, picture taking, and our bartender checked in on us also giving a Dole Whip taster. All was casual, chill, and somewhat on island time - aloha and mahalo! PARKING (FREE): They shared a medium-sized private lot with several other businesses who were closed at this time with plenty of spots - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE "Hidden" inside Stowaway which was located within a strip mall, the entire theme was based on the Pinocchio story, the interlude in time spent inside Monstro, and as we entered it felt like the beginning of the Disneyland "Storybook" ride as you road a canal boat into the mouth and sharp teet of a whale. There were several marionettes (appropriate and non-appropriate) that hung from the ceiling and belly walls, along with other Disneyesque memorabilia, a few sitting booths, and a tiny bar at the end of the roo. No natural lighting whatsoever while an assortment of extremely low-lit electric lights and table candles glowed. There were no TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Although I was actually dressed appropriately for the occasion in an aloha shirt, linen pants, and flip-flops, this place was totally casual, so a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops would suffice. OVERALL Belly Of The Beast was an adventurous fun evening with friends, it left me feeling childlike with the need to watch "Pinocchio", and I couldn't wait to return to try more of their awesome-soundling elixirs. I generally loved all-things Disneyana, and this new wrinkle, albeit probably not approved by the mouse ears brass, caught my fancy. My one drink was tasty but just didn't hit the right spot, the onion rings were very good, the prices were a tad elevated, the atmosphere was awesome, and the service was friendly and professional. They had an extremely limited menu, and there was some doubt whether or not ordering from the Stowaway menu was an option. Plus, I always preferred to support small local mom & pop businesses. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $27.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS
