We also got a cookies and cream, Mickey Mouse ice cream and the staff was super friendly and it didn't take long till my Keylime swirl was ready. The flavor was the perfect balance between tartness and sweetness. They nailed the key lime ice cream and the mix of vanilla blended together beautifully. They do add graham cracker crumbs on top that did add an ice crunchy factory, but the swirl itself is delicious.

The wrap had seasonal crisp vegetables mixed in a key lime vinaigrette in a spinach tortilla. The wrap came with house-seasoned kettle chips. I ordered for next arrival and it took 10 minutes before the app alerted me that my food was ready. The wrap was wonderful! It's sometimes difficult to eat vegetables while on vacation and traveling, so I felt like this had some nutritional value. The wrap was big and very filling. The chips were hot and fresh. Like its name, this food is best taken to go. Order some food and lounge by the pool!

This is home to one of my wife's and I favorite snack at Animal Kingdom. This small snack stand is right before you enter Dinoland. It is outside and only has 2 or 3 tables. It is considered a snack stand so their menu is very small. Their menu includes mostly drinks, including soda, water, beer and a cocktail. We never get drinks here, I personally feel there are much better places in Animal Kingdom to get a cocktail. This is also a good stop if you are looking for something sweet. Their sweet options include Dole Whip, ice cream and churros. What we come here for is one of our favorite snacks in Animal Kingdom. The buffalo chicken chips: house-made chips served with buffalo chicken and blue cheese dressing which is then topped with tomato and celery relish. The portion size is large for a snack and is $10.49. I guess it could be considered a meal like lunch since it has a lot of chicken. My wife and I always share this, it is very good, the chips are crunchy and always fresh. The chicken is usually cool, not hot, but it is still very good. You can tell it is cooked chicken that has been cooled and sort of reheated, which I am usually not a fan of, but this one is actually really good. The buffalo sauce is not spicy at all, there is a small buffalo kick, but it's very mild. The blue cheese dressing is also very creamy, there are not chunks of blue cheese, however, this would definitely take this dish over the top! This stand is themed to Dinoland, so my hope is that when Dinoland gets refurbished, this stand will remain with these buffalo chips and just change the name or design. I think this is one of the best snack options in all the parks and definitely at the top of our list! We always stop here, and I would recommend checking it out very soon, just in case! Aces!!

One of the other perks about Backlot, they are one of the few locations that have fill your own drink station, aka you can get refills. Most days there are people also filling their own bottles with water at the station. I don't love this for sanitary reasons, but the ice goes faster as it cannot keep up with the demand of purchased drinks and personal bottles. Food options are typical theme park: hamburgers, and chicken tenders. However, they do have different items such as a General Tso's bowl, Cuban sandwich and more.
