Actually, the server pointed out a guy in the kitchen and said he was a Michelin rated chef...sorry, but no way. Doing a search, I read that there are no Michelin rated chefs in Hot Springs. I ordered an expensive glass of red wine and it was served in a small white wine glass. Anyway, I'm not going to waste my time bashing J&S. I think I've made myself clear.
