Upon entering, I could see that the establishment was as clean as a whistle! There was a sole person serving customers, taking orders, preparing food items and serving as cashier. There may have been another person in the "back", but I wouldn't know. She was so busy that she wasn't able to greet customers who walked in. It took a long time for my turn to come to place my order due to limited staff. After waiting for quite a while, I placed my order. I found the prices to be very high and options to be limited. I was quite disappointed with the pricing. I almost changed my mind and left. But, I didn't. I ordered and waited for what seemed to be a long time for the arrival of my order. The simple, "expensive for it's size" , smoothie was bland and artificial tasting. I didn't enjoy it and did not even consume all of it. I don't think I'd return because I can order a more customizable, tastier smoothie, with a better "bang for my buck" elsewhere. Update: Wow I drove up the street to eat my bowl in peace, a police officer came up to me and said there was a call about a suspicious person (meaning me) because I walked back inside after I received my order to look at the menu to make sure it was correct because of the ruckus and walked back out. Update again: I didn't say the music was on while ordering that came on after the fact. I was going to sit and enjoy my bowl but the music was too loud.There wasn't anyone else but myself in there when I was ordering. The employee girls were loud amongst themselves. The customers you mentioned were there when I walked back in to check the menu and I walked back outside. Nothing suspicious about that. You've just lost a customer and who knows word of mouth is a good or bad thing.But hey your girls can do no wrong. Security cameras? I ordered a smoothie and a few of the little treats, those are normally my favorite. The smoothie tasted good and I shared it was my little girl. The treats were okay. The one thing that gave me pause was how the coffee was served. It came out without lids, and while customers were leaning over to grab their food, they were talking directly above the uncovered cups. I'm sure no one intended anything by it, but from a guest's perspective it wasn't the best look and raised a small hygiene concern. A simple change, like placing the coffee on one side and food on the other would be a much better aesthetic. Overall, Luma delivers great food, excellent coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered 3 protein salmon but they smelled very fishy, it smelled salmon is getting bad and got served. I asked the worker and they stated it's fresh. Nope they are not fresh, I ate the food, didn't want any waste, my gf and I got upset stomach for 3 days. We know not to come here no more if we visit in the area. Workers should take seriously when customer state fish doesn't smell right. Tall guy in the front register is nice so I didn't give 1 star. 3 stars should be fair That's all. Will not be back.
