I understand (and presume due to the proximity to the airport) that a lot of their clientele are business travelers looking primarily for drinks at the bar. But my wife and I were dressed down and they just assumed we just wanted to eat at the bar. It just rubbed me the wrong way. We left and won't be coming back. I also had an order of the truffle fries. Liked them here because they were not soaked in truffle oil lije I've had elsewhere before. The meal came with big smashes potatoes on the side, along with sourdough bread & jam. Enjoyed my drink as well, made with Starbucks coffee & added vanilla. The breakfast was a whopping $30 however, which I find kind of wild. Is it just that it's because the restaurant is inside a hotel? Maybe these are typical Chicago prices? Either way, plan to spend a fair bit to dine here.
