I can't even make a review of the food, but if it is any reflection of the service, than it's horrible! Stay away!

She walked away and then a gentleman walks up and literally asked us what we wanted. Food, drinks, what? I said, nothing....we don't want anything and we left. I understand (and presume due to the proximity to the airport) that a lot of their clientele are business travelers looking primarily for drinks at the bar. But my wife and I were dressed down and they just assumed we just wanted to eat at the bar. It just rubbed me the wrong way. We left and won't be coming back. No thank you, we don't "want" anything that badly.

Service was excellent and the food selection was perfect for those that are vegetarian or meat lovers. A few things to pass: 1. Parking. Park is the hotels' parking lot, take a ticket and drive up to the 4th to 11th level. Bring your ticket with you and the restaurant will validate it after you've eaten. 2. Order an appetiser to share and consider one of their whiskeys. It's a nice selection, they had a bottle of Bookers while I was there. I had the double bean burgers d it was excellent. I also had an order of the truffle fries. Liked them here because they were not soaked in truffle oil lije I've had elsewhere before. Big restaurant so even with a nice size party you don't likely need a reservation. Even though we were tempted to go to Capital Grill, right next door, this was a very good choice!!

The chicken pot pie is AMAZING -- hearty, comforting, and full of flavor every single time. The service has always been great, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The whole place has a charming throwback supper club/dinner club vibe that is hard to find anymore. The food is consistently good, portions are generous, and the atmosphere just makes you want to sit back, relax, and enjoy your meal. So much to love about this place!

The crispy vegetables with my entree included unpeeled carrots - see photo. A little too organic and rustic for my tastes. The waitress was also a bit annoying. She obviously does not subscribe to the protocol that ladies go first when taking our order. And she seemed taken aback when I stated - "ladies first" and pointed to my wife. She also spoke in plural form when asking us questions such as "Are we having any dessert today?" And lastly, I had to get my own to go container after I stated and motioned with two fingers that we needed two containers. We like this restaurant, the atmosphere is pleasant and we go several times a year; so we are not regulars. We will go back with the hope that this was a one off experience.

A place known for drinks and okay food. The prices are kind of high. Coming in here it was crowded. It's one of the popular places to go around here. They're known for the brunch on Sundays. A lot of the same menu items are still available however. The menu is mostly meaty. It's $8 for several cocktails at happy hour. We only got a couple of these. Of course the women here like the Bloody Marys and mimosas. There's a pretty great selection of other things. I got the Lalo Pomegranate Margarita. This had a pretty sour and sweet taste. It's about $6 for several appetizers at happy hour. We got the Vegetable Potstickers. A lot more expensive for the entrees. There's fish tacos and wagyu burgers among the fancier stuff you can get. Gets a pretty big crowd. It's one of the many restaurants around here. This is conveniently located across the street from the Metra station.
