I have dined before at Morton Steakhouse, but this location particular was my first time. Service was great, but wasn't big on the food here . The Greek salad left me slightly disappointed. I swapped it out for the wedge . The steak however, waygu was delicious and cooked to perfection, medium rare! Highly recommend adding truffle butter! Thank me later. We sat downstairs where it's more dim lighting. Great for date night . Overall experience was good.

Shout out to Felipe for great service! He was super attentive and kind! The decor, the hospitality, it was a very nostalgic, reminded me of an old school Chicago steakhouse...which is probably the point. We started with cocktails (dirty martini and an old fashion) huge onion loaf, and JUMBO shrimp cocktail. Cocktails were great, that loaf was amazing and the shrimp was fresh and meaty! Entrees I had the pork chop, butterflied, he had the ribeye I believe and we shared sour cream mashed potatoes and broccolini. I wasn't a fan of the chutney/sauce that was with the pork chop, it was very sweet. The chop itself was juicy, tender, and seasoned well, I really enjoyed it! The steak was tasty as well. The sides, taters were good!! Broccolini was meh, the sauce had some asian flavors, a lot of sesame oil and it clashed with the other side and entrees. The veg was cooked well but the sauce was not it. I did order the lavender cosmo after my dirty and that was insanely sweet, the lavender syrup tasted like fruity pebbles. I was able to swap it with a nice glass of Sauv Blanc, which pair nicely with the chop! Free parking onsite, not sure if there is valet. Upon arrival they offer upstairs bar/casual seating or a full dining experience downstairs. As first timers we sat downstairs.

Morton's Steakhouse never misses the mark. The Rosemont location was a haven after a lot of traveling. I found the atmosphere both warm and elegant right from the moment I walked in. Located among the airport hotels, coming here for dinner is always a pleasure. Service was amazing. Food was even more amazing. I highly suggest eating at the bar if they don't have any availability as it offers convenience and a lively vibe. The bar lets you order off the regular menu when you are on a time crunch. I already can't wait for my next layover night next month so I can eat like a king. The consistency here is something I really appreciate. Thanks Morton's!

When traveling, I normally don't order steak but was invited to a hosted dinner where of course, known for steak. Don't get me wrong, I love a good steak but prefer one made at home.. First time to a Morton's or if I have been to one it would have been ions ago. Our table ordered side dishes of au gratin potatoes and lobster mac and cheese to name a few. My dry aged 14 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly. We shared the key lime pie and cheesecake of which the key lime was lighter than the dense cheesecake. Prices are high but then again, we are at Morton's.

Morton's is a steakhouse for businesspeople. Located within walking distance convention center and hotels, this is one of a handful of restaurants everyone goes to for "work dinners." I went and dined here while on a work trip and was surprised with how PACKED the restaurant was, especially because our reservations were at 8pm. The ambiance is that of a "typical steak house.... dimly lit and classicly decorated. (They did have a cool wall with old-timey photos of past diners.) In regards to how busy this place was, I was impressed with the service. I could tell our server was overwhelmed but he did his best to accommodate. I could tell everyone was working to turn over tables while being attentive to all guests. Food came out very quickly after ordering and that was both good and bad. It was good because myself and my colleagues were all starving after a day full of networking. It was bad because I could tell it impacted the quality of the food. I ordered a fillet mignon, medium rare. The steak came out more rare, but luckily I don't mine my steak rare. I was very happy with the Groton potatoes, and so was the rest of the table. But the crowd favorite was the free bread we got at the beginning of our meal! . The bread was warmed and the butter was whipped. Yum yum! Overall I'd give this place a solid 4/5 with the knowledge that this steakhouse is in the business of serving as many businesspeople as possible.

Very nice spot to eat at, honestly love the ambiance and atmosphere of the place. Very good food drinks etc. I come here every time I am in Chicago. Definitely recommend coming here. The service is also quite great. Not that pricy compared to over places in the area but worth the money you spend here. I always find my self spending at least 200$ here when eating with my girl.

It was my first time going to Morton's last Friday to treat myself to a nice dinner as a kick off before fan expo 2025. Everything was great. From the staff, to the food, to the experience as a whole. I felt welcome. the food was great, the atmosphere was top notch. I will be dining at Morton's again hopefully in the near future!

We had an extraordinary Tomahawk Feast last night at @mortonssteak in Rosemont. It was such an awesome date night dinner! We were wined, dined, and treated like royalty! Here's what we had for our Feast for two: We both started with Grand Marnier on the rocks Morton's Iceberg Wedge Salad (it's a Clarice and so delicious!) 36 oz Tomahawk Ribeye (sliced with roasted shallots) with Cognac Au Poivre sauce and Black Truffle Butter (cooked to perfection and mouth watering) Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes (both were delightful and flavorful) We finished with Bananas Foster Cheesecake and Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (my hubby loved the Banana Cheesecake, and I absolutely devoured the Chocolate Cake!) We loved everything about our meal from start to finish, and our waitress Suzanne was the best (ask to sit at one of her tables). Morton's has been around since the late 70s, and they are still one of the best! The quality is the same as it has always been (awesome!)

Went to Morton's Rosomont for restaurant week because the menu looked appealing. The location isn't the best, the restaurant is located on the lower level of an office building in rosemont. There is a parking lot and complementary valet as well so parking. Is easy peasy. The atmosphere is more family oriented. It's a bit on the louder side and you'll see a more older crowd. This is more of traditional steakhouse, maybe it feels a little outdated. No modern, sleek decor like some other steakhouses in the city. We each had drinks that we enjoyed. I especially liked the state street manhattan. I was a little confused because the menu said "NY Strip Steak" on the manhattan ingredients, I thought it was a type but nope sure enough it came with a little piece of steak on a toothpick in the drink. It's a fun gimmick, steak was actually good and the drink was amazing. We were given a nice warm loaf of sweet onion bread we both enjoyed. For appetizer we had the Wagu Meatball and the Lobster Bisque. Both were really nice, I think the meatball isn't my cup of tea however. The lobster bisque was great, had a nice chunk of lobster inside and I really enjoyed it. The bread paired nicely with the bisque. For the main course we had the 8oz filet mignon, some fries and mashed potatoes. The filets came perfectly cooked. One was medium and one medium rare, I would be sad if a steakhouse would screw the cook up but it happens sometimes, not here. The steaks were amazing. The sides were a bit lackluster. The mashed potatoes were creamy but I would like a little more. The fries were just regular fries with salt and they came very crispy, a little too crispy for my liking. We didn't like the sides much. For desert we had the Morton's legendary chocolate cake and a soufflé. Both were really good. The chocolate cake came warm and oozing with chocolate once you penetrate the moist but firm outer layer. Service was good as well, our waitress checked on us often. Although she did appeared to have our orders switched as the items were dropped off incorrectly a number of times she made up for it by giving use that delicious onion bread to go.

We dropped off my son at ORD so we decided to stop by Small Cheval for a late lunch…read more The place was not as busy as normal which was great as we were able to place our order quickly. I was not in the mood for a veggie burger so I got a cheese bun, which is essentially a cheese sandwich but I added all the veggies and condiments that come with the burger. Threw in a side order of fries as well. After placing the order, we waited for the buzzer to go off. The cheese bun was big Ava surprisingly filling. It tasted a little like a burger that has meat in it. It was satisfying along depth my golden fries. As we dined, we noticed the roof was open and found out it is retractable which is so nice. We never noticed in the past as we come here in the winter or they didn't open it. It gave some natural lighting. I enjoyed that. Small Cheval is great, fries are the best. The workers are nice and it's a nice place to take visitors of dropping off or picking up from the airport. We will be back for sure.

For those who don't know, Small Cheval is the fast casual version of Au Cheval which I've had the opportunity to try in NYC. There's plenty of locations throughout Chicago so definitely make it a stop when you're in town. Now is it as good as Au Cheval? Definitely not but at one-third of the price point, it's hard to complain. The beef patties are well-seasoned with crispy edges and just the right amount of fattiness. My main complaint is that there wasn't nearly enough dijonnaise sauce or pickles, making this pretty dry. The bun was nicely buttered and toasted but almost took away from the contents inside the burger. The Famous Fried Chicken Tenders were also a good try. I could tell the chicken was clean & high quality but there was some flavor I couldn't quite place which made it a bit off-putting; thankfully it wasn't super noticeable especially with the sauces. The Golden Fries were delicious and paired well with the burger & tenders! Even the Cookies & Cream Milkshake was solid! Classic milkshake with a good balance of creaminess, sweetness, and texture from the cookie bits. The interior was also bright, spacious, and comfortable! All in all, really solid try!

Wonderful Rosemont spot for brunch!…read more Came for a late brunch with our pup and had a great time! The patio is dog friendly and inviting on a beautiful spring day! The service was excellent! Our server was attentive and so kind! She overheard my husband and I talking about getting two sandwiches and swapping half with each other. Hostess came by after a couple minutes to give us the brunch menu. She had to ask her manager if she could bring us the lunch menu- it was around noon- which she did bring to us. Got the hush puppies appetizer which tasted old and dry. Both of us got the salmon scrambler, which had a few small pieces of salmon. Hash browns were dry potato cubes. Our server was brusque- maybe they were short-staffed? He dropped our food off on the table without a word and never checked back on us. He handed me the credit card machine to put my card into when we were done, without seeing an itemized bill like most restaurants. I only saw the final bill total. I regret giving the tip i gave but I felt pressured since he was right there with his credit card reader and selecting Custom Tip for lower than 20% felt awkward. This way of billing at a sit- down restaurant felt very shady and manipulative. Overall, not a good experience. Will not be going back.

The restaurant was not busy at all and we were greeted immediately by our server but he seemed to be in a hurry and took mine and my daughters drink order and walked away, not letting my husband order. When he retuned with our drinks my husband asked for a drink, which he got quickly but never apologized and asked if we were ready to order food. We were not yet so we asked for more time, so he walked away. When he returned we ordered an appetizer and our entrees and he repeated it back. Our food arrived about 15 minutes later but we never got our appetizer. The server did not bring the meal (a runner did) and he never came back, so we just ate our meals and never got a chance to tell him our appetizer never came. At nearly the end of our meal a different server came and filled our water glasses and asked if we wanted refills on our soft drinks. then a third server came and cleared our plates. The server who filled our drinks came and brought our bill, which luckily did not include the appetizer. Our server never returned to our table, but we did see him serving other tables, it was very strange. Overall we will dine here again and like the convenience and menu selection at this hotel.
