Shout out to Felipe for great service! He was super attentive and kind! The decor, the hospitality, it was a very nostalgic, reminded me of an old school Chicago steakhouse...which is probably the point. We started with cocktails (dirty martini and an old fashion) huge onion loaf, and JUMBO shrimp cocktail. Cocktails were great, that loaf was amazing and the shrimp was fresh and meaty! Entrees I had the pork chop, butterflied, he had the ribeye I believe and we shared sour cream mashed potatoes and broccolini. I wasn't a fan of the chutney/sauce that was with the pork chop, it was very sweet. The chop itself was juicy, tender, and seasoned well, I really enjoyed it! The steak was tasty as well. The sides, taters were good!! Broccolini was meh, the sauce had some asian flavors, a lot of sesame oil and it clashed with the other side and entrees. The veg was cooked well but the sauce was not it. I did order the lavender cosmo after my dirty and that was insanely sweet, the lavender syrup tasted like fruity pebbles. I was able to swap it with a nice glass of Sauv Blanc, which pair nicely with the chop! Free parking onsite, not sure if there is valet. Upon arrival they offer upstairs bar/casual seating or a full dining experience downstairs. As first timers we sat downstairs.

Morton's Steakhouse never misses the mark. The Rosemont location was a haven after a lot of traveling. I found the atmosphere both warm and elegant right from the moment I walked in. Located among the airport hotels, coming here for dinner is always a pleasure. Service was amazing. Food was even more amazing. I highly suggest eating at the bar if they don't have any availability as it offers convenience and a lively vibe. The bar lets you order off the regular menu when you are on a time crunch. I already can't wait for my next layover night next month so I can eat like a king. The consistency here is something I really appreciate. Thanks Morton's!

When traveling, I normally don't order steak but was invited to a hosted dinner where of course, known for steak. Don't get me wrong, I love a good steak but prefer one made at home.. First time to a Morton's or if I have been to one it would have been ions ago. Our table ordered side dishes of au gratin potatoes and lobster mac and cheese to name a few. My dry aged 14 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly. We shared the key lime pie and cheesecake of which the key lime was lighter than the dense cheesecake. Prices are high but then again, we are at Morton's.

Morton's is a steakhouse for businesspeople. Located within walking distance convention center and hotels, this is one of a handful of restaurants everyone goes to for "work dinners." I went and dined here while on a work trip and was surprised with how PACKED the restaurant was, especially because our reservations were at 8pm. The ambiance is that of a "typical steak house.... dimly lit and classicly decorated. (They did have a cool wall with old-timey photos of past diners.) In regards to how busy this place was, I was impressed with the service. I could tell our server was overwhelmed but he did his best to accommodate. I could tell everyone was working to turn over tables while being attentive to all guests. Food came out very quickly after ordering and that was both good and bad. It was good because myself and my colleagues were all starving after a day full of networking. It was bad because I could tell it impacted the quality of the food. I ordered a fillet mignon, medium rare. The steak came out more rare, but luckily I don't mine my steak rare. I was very happy with the Groton potatoes, and so was the rest of the table. But the crowd favorite was the free bread we got at the beginning of our meal! . The bread was warmed and the butter was whipped. Yum yum! Overall I'd give this place a solid 4/5 with the knowledge that this steakhouse is in the business of serving as many businesspeople as possible.

Very nice spot to eat at, honestly love the ambiance and atmosphere of the place. Very good food drinks etc. I come here every time I am in Chicago. Definitely recommend coming here. The service is also quite great. Not that pricy compared to over places in the area but worth the money you spend here. I always find my self spending at least 200$ here when eating with my girl.

It was my first time going to Morton's last Friday to treat myself to a nice dinner as a kick off before fan expo 2025. Everything was great. From the staff, to the food, to the experience as a whole. I felt welcome. the food was great, the atmosphere was top notch. I will be dining at Morton's again hopefully in the near future!

We had an extraordinary Tomahawk Feast last night at @mortonssteak in Rosemont. It was such an awesome date night dinner! We were wined, dined, and treated like royalty! Here's what we had for our Feast for two: We both started with Grand Marnier on the rocks Morton's Iceberg Wedge Salad (it's a Clarice and so delicious!) 36 oz Tomahawk Ribeye (sliced with roasted shallots) with Cognac Au Poivre sauce and Black Truffle Butter (cooked to perfection and mouth watering) Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes (both were delightful and flavorful) We finished with Bananas Foster Cheesecake and Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (my hubby loved the Banana Cheesecake, and I absolutely devoured the Chocolate Cake!) We loved everything about our meal from start to finish, and our waitress Suzanne was the best (ask to sit at one of her tables). Morton's has been around since the late 70s, and they are still one of the best! The quality is the same as it has always been (awesome!)

Went to Morton's Rosomont for restaurant week because the menu looked appealing. The location isn't the best, the restaurant is located on the lower level of an office building in rosemont. There is a parking lot and complementary valet as well so parking. Is easy peasy. The atmosphere is more family oriented. It's a bit on the louder side and you'll see a more older crowd. This is more of traditional steakhouse, maybe it feels a little outdated. No modern, sleek decor like some other steakhouses in the city. We each had drinks that we enjoyed. I especially liked the state street manhattan. I was a little confused because the menu said "NY Strip Steak" on the manhattan ingredients, I thought it was a type but nope sure enough it came with a little piece of steak on a toothpick in the drink. It's a fun gimmick, steak was actually good and the drink was amazing. We were given a nice warm loaf of sweet onion bread we both enjoyed. For appetizer we had the Wagu Meatball and the Lobster Bisque. Both were really nice, I think the meatball isn't my cup of tea however. The lobster bisque was great, had a nice chunk of lobster inside and I really enjoyed it. The bread paired nicely with the bisque. For the main course we had the 8oz filet mignon, some fries and mashed potatoes. The filets came perfectly cooked. One was medium and one medium rare, I would be sad if a steakhouse would screw the cook up but it happens sometimes, not here. The steaks were amazing. The sides were a bit lackluster. The mashed potatoes were creamy but I would like a little more. The fries were just regular fries with salt and they came very crispy, a little too crispy for my liking. We didn't like the sides much. For desert we had the Morton's legendary chocolate cake and a soufflé. Both were really good. The chocolate cake came warm and oozing with chocolate once you penetrate the moist but firm outer layer. Service was good as well, our waitress checked on us often. Although she did appeared to have our orders switched as the items were dropped off incorrectly a number of times she made up for it by giving use that delicious onion bread to go.

Consistently poor experience... i shall certainly avoid coming back here . We were here because the bday gal wanted to go to Morton's. The bathrooms are in despicable condition for a high end steakhouse . Our server was very nonchalant and lax about getting our orders. We felt unattended to for most of the evening. The food was ok nothing to rave and pay $100/ person. Definitely not coming back unless the management changes!!!

Tonight I took my guy out to celebrate his birthday which happens to be on Christmas. It was my very first time going to a restaurant on Christmas day and visiting this location. My guy prefers a booth over a table and we were not going to be accommodated however, the manager, Mike stepped in unprovoked and accommodated us and also ensured the rest of our evening was one to remember. Our server was Philippe and he was absolutely amazing as well!! Another gentleman took our complimentary photo to capture the memory! The food was exceptional...there's not one bad thing I can say. We will be back! 10/10

For a good 40 minutes in the bar, it was an absolute sausage fest. The only other females were those working, so it was a little uncomfortable. This is a manly place in general. A loud obnoxious table of meatheads was behind us at dinner but the steak was truly the best I've ever had so one must endure. I had the filet with peppercorn and our shared sides and apps sampled were crab cakes, mashed potatoes, double baked potatoes, and brussel sprouts. All stellar. We all split the famous macadamia nut turtle pie which easily served 8 people. Amazing meal but would be nice to throw a little estrogen in with the testosterone overload. Service was unparalleled as well. Thank you for a memorable evening.

First impression walking in was NOT great. We immediately smelled what can only be described as a VERY DIRTY bathroom smell. Other than the smell which we couldn't stop smelling until we ate and had some wine. The server was great to let us know that it was half off bottles of wine. And since the glass we initially wanted they didn't have this was a great option for us. We weren't able to finish the bottle so the server closed it up and sealed it in a bag for us to take with us. (Tuscan blend which was delicious) We ordered the Lobster Bisque to share to start with. The server/kitchen were kind enough to split it for us into two bowls. Overall the soup was good but NOT great. Then we ordered a bone in Ribeye (22oz) which came with crispy new potatoes and some some sautéed brocollini. We ordered the steak Medium Rare, it came out Medium + and since we were never checked in with on the temperature we ate it anyhow. The flavor was good but definitely far overcooked. The crispy new potatoes were perfectly crispy and the broccolini was sautéed and cooked very well. At the end of the day the service saved our experience. BUT because of the smell and the mis-cooked steak we would not return.

Wine list and cocktails are about as good as you'll find by the glass, while food has been pretty good on visits for both brunch and dinner. You can trust the seafood here, and while the crab cake didn't blow me away it was good. This is one place that I trust the crudo and poke bowls which are excellent on the raw fish options, though I wouldn't personally recommend the filet poke bowl which was a salt/umami bomb and on a recent visit there were also some issues with my wife's pork chop which had good flavor but was overcooked (she was okay with that, but if you say it's recommended medium - which I prefer - please serve it closer to medium rather than well done). Desserts are generally good, and a lot of people appear to come here for special occasions - birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. where they bring out a free dessert with a large sparkler thing which gets attention but honestly doesn't seem entirely safe to me. Yes, that means I'm getting old but I'm not wrong... Service is excellent, ambience is very nice, and for a high volume kitchen like this they do a pretty good job with excellent ingredients at their disposal. I'll round up from 4.5 stars, in this area it's about as good as you'll find and definitely worth a visit.

The NY strip steak was outstanding, with a perfect crust and cooked exactly right. The Caesar salad was another standout--simple, classic, and very well executed. The crab claws were fresh and delicious, though they do come at a premium price. The calamari was also excellent and generously portioned; it could easily be shared among four people. The bread rolls were the one miss for us. They arrived cold, and the butter lacked richness, tasting more like margarine--we wouldn't order these again. The potatoes au gratin, while tasty, weren't really au gratin in the traditional sense and felt more like a deconstructed baked potato. Not sure if it's worth it. Food was pretty good so probably is worth it if you're a big meat eater. My husband isn't so he had the salad bar and enjoyed that but not worth the money for him. They do validate parking so that's cool. I guess it was an ok experience but I doubt that we'll be back for the dinner menu.

When I first walked in I thought it was a very small restaurant, but it's actually way bigger than it looks and they walked us thru a few different rooms before getting to our table in the back private room. We had the room to ourselves for the first 30 min of our meal, which was lovely. The service was beyond incredible. Fernando was our server who went above and beyond the entire meal. And Jason (i believe the manager) stopped by to chat and shared fun tidbits about the concert...as well as gave us detailed directions of how to find the venue within the casino. The food did not disappoint either. We started off with some oysters and the chilled vinegar sauce served with it was amazing. I got shrimp cocktail as my main meal, which may have been the best shrimp cocktail I've had in awhile. I often eat shrimp cocktail from Costco at home as a good protein snack, but it's going to be tough to eat their shrimp after a taste of Hugo's. My husband was very happy with his steak, but was nice enough to share some bites with me and I can see why he was thrilled. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. They said dessert was on the house in honor of my husband's bday. He's a huge carrot cake fan and they brought out a slice of carrot cake that could feed 15 people. We had a bit and they even stored the leftovers for us until after the concert so we could take it home to our cake loving children. Both my husband and I agreed this was one of the better meals we've had in a long time and wondered why we've stayed away from Hugo's for so long!

So good. Hubby had the porter house steak and I had the sea bass. So fluffy and delicious. We also had the asparagus which was crunchy and perfectly cooked. Dessert was blueberry cheesecake. The crust was to die for. Our server was so attentive and kind and was so thrilled with our generous tip but he totally deserved it and more. This place is great for special occasions. Check them out. There were parties of 5 plus and lots of couples. They have something for everyone with their Gibson's steaks. Check them out.

Tucked near ORD, Harry Caray's delivers more than just a meal -- it's an experience that blends Chicago history, great food, and a lively atmosphere all in one. The space has a classic, energetic feel with just the right balance of upscale and welcoming. I arrived at lunchtime and went with the Italian wedding soup and garlic bread, and both hit exactly the way you want them to -- warm, flavorful, and comforting in the best way. well-executed dishes with bold flavor strong drinks that hit the mark an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer It's the kind of spot that works whether you're passing through or looking for a place that feels like a local favorite. The…read moreambiance of the restaurant was genuinely nice, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The service was shockingly poor, and the food didn't come close to justifying the price. To put things into perspective, the restaurant only had about six tables occupied, so it wasn't busy at all. Despite that, it took 30 minutes just to place drink orders. After that, our server disappeared and never returned to take our appetizer or entrée order. We spent another 45 minutes trying to get her attention, at times clearly waving in her direction and even feeling like she was looking right at us, but she still didn't come over. She only came back after a long wait, and not because she was checking on us. When the food eventually arrived, it was underwhelming at best. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, which was bland and came with only a few small shreds of chicken mixed in, definitely not what you would expect from a nicer Italian restaurant. We also did not receive bread until we specifically asked, drinks were never refilled, and our server never once checked on us. After finishing our meals, we sat with empty plates and glasses for about 30 minutes before a busser, not our server, finally cleared the table. We then waited another 15 to 20 minutes before flagging down someone else to order dessert. That person only took one order and walked away without addressing the rest of the table. Eventually, flagged down another staff member who took our full dessert order, but after waiting another 30 minutes with nothing arriving, we decided to leave. The overall attitude from the staff was indifferent at best, and it genuinely felt like no one cared about the customer experience. Even when we spoke to the manager, there was little sense of concern or urgency. It was a very strange interaction. The only redeeming part of the evening was that, after significant pushback, a portion of our bill was discounted. Still, the entire experience lasting nearly three hours was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not return or recommend this place.
