The chicken has so much flavor from the charcoal. The Yucca was perfectly fried fresh, and the black beans and rice were satisfying. It is a little pricey about $27 with fountain drink and a 15% tip (in my opinion they should not ask with their point of sale system when it is not a full service restaurant). This is the reason why they got a 3 star instead of 4 stars. This reminds me of Peruvian style rotisserie chicken that I use to eat when I lived in Washington DC area. Here, they are branded as Latin American Charcoal Chicken. This not a full service restaurant. You order at the counter and pick up at the order at the other end. You order at the makeshift counter (this is an outdoor stall of sorts situated with Chilean and Salvadorian neighbors) then they deliver the food to your table along with salsas and flatware. While there isn't air conditioning, luckily there was a nice light breeze when we were there. This trip we very much enjoyed both Mexican and Salvadorian food.
