Moments later, I watched their machine fail to build pressure - espresso poured instantly as thin, bitter liquid with an off smell. It wasn't just watery; it was undrinkable. When I pointed it out, she admitted it was "being serviced next week." As she walked to the register to refund my money, I overheard her tell her co-owner that I should never come in again. They did give me my money back, but only after knowingly serving something that shouldn't have left the bar. I don't expect world-class coffee - just honesty and competence. If the machine is broken, tell customers. Instead, Queen B chose to serve bad coffee with attitude.
