Not really sure how that works when there are zero employees at the facility. It serves it's purpose. Something that could have brought it much lower but I held off was the oil change service. A few problems have happened since the opening of the building. Had service members strip/cross thread the drain plug, actually causing a lot of damage. When they put the car back together they wrench the oil filter way too tight, not hand tightened as they are suppose to be. I normally do oil changes myself. When I've been in a pinch I've headed here to get it done. Prices are really high for an oil change and when they use to include a car wash with the oil change they now tack on a few dollars. Not sure why but to me it's just a way to get more out of you. Unfortunately they monopolize the area for car washes so they kinda have you but all in all like I said in the beginning, for a car wash they are mostly fine, oil changes I might look somewhere else.
