This space had a sports bar feel, with 4-5 huge TVs playing sports- mostly women's soccer and the All-Star baseball game. Plus overhead music. So it's a bit loud, but to be expected. Outdoor seating is a nice option, although it was 90 degrees last night so I stayed inside. Service was exceptional, my favorite part of the night. I was seated immediately and folks came by with menu, utensils, water refills, condiments, and several people just checking to make sure I was having a good time and had everything I needed. Really liked the vibe. People were chatting, happy, all very light and welcoming. I travel a ton for work and this hotel restaurant stands out in terms of service, quality of food, and atmosphere. It's not like a place to go on a date, but for a hotel restaurant/lounge this one scores.

It also had a generous amount of lobster, including several large chunks, and was a very solid portion overall. The filet mignon sliders were another highlight. Each slider had a substantial piece of filet mignon topped with pickled onions, microgreens, and horseradish cream on brioche buns. The onions and horseradish added enough acidity and bite to balance the richness of the beef without overpowering it. I also tried the Vietnamese summer rolls, filled with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles, served with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. Everything tasted very fresh, and the sauces complemented the generously stuffed rolls nicely. My only small critique is that cutting them in half made for a prettier presentation, but made them a little awkward to dip and eat. We decided on three small plates and everything was extraordinarily delicious. We savored each bite to fully appreciate the flavor combinations and fresh ingredients. The prosciutto and fig bruschetta, blackened shrimp and tortellici were so good that a little dance accompanied our first bites. Every dish was delivered with precision and attention to detail. Our bartender was great, too. He was very attentive and made great drinks. Manager was consistently walking around the establishment and appeared to be very hands on. Not too many obnoxious kids when we went (although some are a given due to the nature of the place and the town it's in). Staff was beyond incredible. Everyone seemed to care deeply about customer experience, cleanliness, and safety.
