A cute little bar for a cocktail before heading to dinner. We arrived early evening and there were only 3 other people and within the hour the place was full! The cocktails were good and the vibe is vibey.

Lovely snack board and cocktail (The Lucille, highly recommend) on a chill June Wednesday.

I haven't tried any food here but the drinks are all great! Super moody, dark date night vibes but also great for catching up with friends!

Cool, bartender, great drinks a semi-hidden little spot in Multnomah Village. I'd like to return.

Great cocktail bar in the heart of multnomah village! Beautiful, plant filled bar that makes some pretty incredible cocktails.

Lovely little bar with a "fancy" vibe (for the Village) and a great selection of drinks.

They have TVs all over the place, and they're extremely accommodating to show the game you want to watch. Enjoy great food? They have an expansive menu with incredible food for every occasion-- delicious bar bites, happy hour, inventive daily specials, fantastic breakfast (with a new breakfast club punch card!), and dinners you'll get hooked on (at least twice a week for me). I was going to make some recommendations, but honestly, after typing "caprese chicken sandwich, ANY burger, all the salads, the pizzas are surprisingly great, soup of the day is always a home run.." I realized I've basically eaten the menu, and it's all fabulous. Their cooks are top notch, and so is the menu. *MOST IMPORTANT TO ME* Do you appreciate flawless service? No matter which shift you roll in on, you will be so well cared for, you'll instantly feel like a "regular." As a retired bartender, I'm very understanding of the trials of food and beverage service, but also a bit of a stickler. I can PROMISE you that you will receive extremely prompt, anticipatory, cheerful, personalized service that will make you want to keep coming back. They are truly *first class* bartenders in a neighborhood hideaway. Hats off to each bartender I've encountered at Bar 3, because you can feel how much they enjoy their job, and how seriously they take being the captain of your experience. **Some other pluses: - Bring your (leashed, well behaved) dog! They allow dogs on the patio-- this has been great for me, socializing a puppy - They have Touchtunes, so you can make the background music whatever your heart yearns for at any time (unless there's a big game on, obviously) - The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked - If you love video poker, they have six machines that seem to pay out regularly - Seating ranges from bartop to booth, to table--including two long tables for larger parties It's such a sneaky little spot that I kind of hate to blow it up, but they're so killer in the front and back of the house, I think they deserve to be shouted out to the masses

Arancini, is just great/okay, but maybe I'm not sure what it's supposed to be like. Crisp, rich, but not a stand out. All salad is fantastic! The bread!! The employees are very friendly and happy to make suggestions if you ask. The ambiance is open and airy with a modern vibe. Their focaccia bread is lovely and with the burrata it's a game changer. Their pizza is fantastic. The Margherita is perfection and only $12 (from $21) on the HH menu. Menus are small, but what they do have they have perfected. It also changes seasonally so check back!

Yes we made a reservation. No we did not all sit at the same table, we were split up. Yes we told the server at the start we were separate checks. Server responded they can only check four ways. We said fine, and told the server who would be on which check before we ordered to try and make it easier to pay. No, it did not help. There is only one single stall bathroom. As soon as we finished paying, while we were standing and waiting for people to finish with the bathroom, a server came up and said, "not to be rude, but you have to leave." I get it, it is a small restaurant. We were a large group. But, I had to ask to order. I had to ask for our check when we were clearly all finished eating and just chatting. The checks were wrong, despite us telling the server at the start who was on each check. It took at least 10 minutes to get the checks all right. We left a 20% cash tip on the table, even though we were never asked if we wanted more drinks (some of us ordered cocktails), dessert, or really checked up on. Food and cocktails were good. Chips and salsa is $5 and while good, the portions were small if you expect to share with a table of four. Parking was easy.

We both got the Blackberry Bramble Smash Burger (of course blackberry compote, goat cheese, and arugula). She thought It came with jalapeños but, It would totally make it even better but, it was still a delicious burger. We also got a small fry (3 people could share it). Service~It was a very nice guy off to the side taking orders (where you could order different beers on tap) Ambiance~It's located in a strip mall on Powell (lots of other food carts right in the middle of everything). Very relaxing (but, it was 2 bees that swear we had honey on us a little annoying but, it didn't stop us from enjoying our food and the outdoors). It's plenty of parking and seating. I spoke to few people and, had a decent conversation for a few minutes. It's still burger week until the 21s (check it out)! I love Pizza so now I know this is a thing I look forward to participating in other local events!

Thousands of options here in one gigantic marketplace, and something for everyone! The marketplace itself is quite dated. Yet it is eclectic and quirky. It is welcoming and irrefutably very memorable. There is a dedicated area to serve beer on tap with a list of about 12 options and then there is a restaurant with a limited menu. Mostly things like burgers, sandwiches, and other common pub fair. There are vegetarian options available. When your order is ready, they use an overhead mic that is resemblance of something that you would hear over the loudspeaker at an 80s rollerskating rink. On site, there are bathrooms and areas for seating that include bar tops, high tops, and even a couple of comfy couches. There is an outdoor patio that is very inviting during the warmer months of the year. Ultimately, this is an incredibly impressive presentation of beverages. Perhaps even something that some people would consider a museum of sorts. Either way, there is definitely choices for everyone, and this is an establishment that can't be missed. Yes, you can visit the other location on Powell, but nothing will ever match up to the original location here in Multnomah village. An experience, a chance to shop and stockpile some beer, but truly a showcase of excellence in beer culture in the heart of our city.
