With my upcoming nuptials I knew I needed to look perfect, cue Steph. I first investigated her reviews, I didn't browse, I read every single one. I thought it couldn't be true that every single tan turned out perfect...mmm, wrong? My tan is literally perfect. I followed her instructions, I'm using the tanning extender and I'm on day 3 of being a sunkissed bronzed goddess. I'll also mention being nakey in front of someone wasn't so exciting to me, but I wasn't uncomfortable literally AT ALL. Steph is great, knowledgeable in her craft and extremely thorough, she cares a lot about your end result, maybe even more than you. I wish I would have found her sooner.

This is the 2nd location I've had bad experiences with. I ended up canceling my and my girlfriends…read morememberships. I can't constitute paying $100+ a month for their equipment not to work. My GF signed up for their Diamond membership during a promo. It was not explained to us that her promo only applied to the first month. We have been waiting for her membership to be updated but never got a call back about it. During my visit last night, their Platinum Sunbed didn't turn on correctly. The face bulbs did not work, and the bed kept shutting off. After I got dressed I sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes before an employee came back to the front counter. I wasn't acknowledged and didn't get to complete my session. When my girlfriend had finished with her session I cancelled our memberships. I will say the employee completed my request with no questions asked. I think it's sad that I can repeated communicate my poor experiences with the employees and management yet nothing is done. I cancelled because I want the $100+ I spend to meet my expectations.

I'm absolutely obsessed with pretty lashes so I'd always wear fake ones (because mine were short, sparse, blonde and stick straight - the combo from hell.) On my first visit I told her about the serum I had just started using, she advised me that I could bump up my usage of it, and oh my gosh! Within a few weeks they were drastically thicker and longer. The results have amazed me. Paired with my lift/tint, they absolutely look better than ever and I don't even wear my falsies anymore! Which is a big deal for me haha. (I've considered lash extensions but the maintenance really doesn't fit with my lifestyle so this is undoubtedly the next best thing!) I don't have to curl them at all anymore and they are dark and perfect. They look great right when I wake up in the morning and after I remove my makeup at night. I would also like to add that if you've ever had a bad experience at one location try not to view tan republic as one Whole, but yet as individual ownership with different styles and techniques to running a business. Her attitude about it was over the top ridiculous and of course she did the lie we all hear "we don't give out your email to anyone" Now we can talk about how the beds are always dirty like some funky film on them and the towel service is more of a ratty wash rag. The parking lot is a mess and you will for sure get a door ding and encounter fender benders. I recommend people show up and remind them they want our money and don't need an email. I could have written a review years ago how crappy this place is but the demanding new owner finally got me to write one.
