This place is the worst of them all if I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would, my initial surgery was supposed to be lipo 360 with J plasma and a breast reduction with lift, the day of my surgery which should have been a red flag that I was meeting them for the first time my day of surgery, Rita the owner talked me into getting a tummy tuck which wasn't in my initial plan, I started raising concerns 3 days post op about my breast and other concerns no matter what I said as far as concerns or pictures I was always told it was normal, I ended up having to get a second surgery because Dr Santiago did such a horrible job on my lipo 360, my belly button was extremely crooked and still is, and I had to have a hematoma removed, and I still need a 3rd surgery to correct my botched body, breast destroyed in every way possible, belly still looks horrible and Dr Ghaznavi is no better I was told I could go get 3d nipple and areola tattoos, this place capitalizes off people of color and they destroyed my body, requested my medical records and they didn't send my complete file, if I didn't look so bad I would definitely upload my pictures, most of these reviews can't be real they offer you free massages if you leave them a good review WHICH IS ILLEGAL BY THE WAY I never left one previously because I wanted to see what my results were going to be if you want to be botched this is the place to go, if you want to go somewhere where all they care about is money, this is the place to go, if you want to go somewhere where they pile up papers for you to sign and most of these stuff they have you sign should be against the law, READ ALL FINE PRINT before going here because if a establishment has to do all that it should definitely be a red flag, Dr Santiago is not a board certified plastic surgeon, nor does he have hospital privileges to do the same types of surgeries he's performing at the glow don't let their website fool you he's certified in Otolaryngology which is head and neck but he's performing major cosmetic surgery procedures, Dr Ghaznavi is board certified but he will mess your boobs completely up, they will be hard misshaped, one nipple bigger than other, uneven, one nipple if you have any left will be bigger than the other, lumps, RUN RUN RUN far away from this place I was finally in a position to do something for myself because I have been taking care of others all my life and to end up destroyed physically and emotionally was not what I signed up for so go at your own risk I have barely touched the surface of my problems with this place I don't even want to look at my own body or anyone else to see it, and don't nobody reach out to me it's my honest review and what I personally experienced AND IM NOT TAKING IT DOWN this is my personal experience read more

I had a wonderful experience with The Glow from start to finish, including hypercare. Everything is pretty much digital which is perfect for my busy life. My consultation was virtual, my agreement was signed via docusign, digital payment deposit. The staff treated me with so much care and kindness. I worked with Teresa my entire process. She was ALWAYS responsive. She answered all of my questions and entertained me as I changed my procedure date 5-6 times via text. I just couldn't find the perfect timing, but she was patient and understanding. The prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy the week before. I financed and the merchant sent the funds directly to The Glow. Cashless transaction people!! I wanted to meet my surgeon before the day of surgery, so Teresa arranged my meeting a week before my date. I asked all of my questions and felt more confident in the process. The day of, at 7am, I was greeted with a smile and reassurance that I was in good and capable hands. The office is glam and gorgeous! If you like eye candy, you'll be thoroughly impressed with the fabulous office. I met my team: nurse Jocelyn, anesthesiologist (he was THE BEST) and we shared the same birthday and last but not least, my surgeon Dr. Santiago. They took great care of me before, during and after. Nurse J got me all wrapped and dressed to send me on my way. The following morning, Teresa was texting me asking how everything was going. I called her back in a panic because i didn't know how to shower with all the dressings. She kindly walked me through what to remove etc. Each day, another text to check in. I'm very satisfied with my results and happy that I had such a great experience. I didn't need all of the Rx so i lost out on $70 out of pocket which didn't feel great. Aside from that, 10 out of 10! I had such a great experience with Glow Plastic Surgery from beginning to end. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Surgery is already nerve-wracking, but they made me feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. My experience with the glow has been amazing. They honestly care about their patients and will walk with you on every step of your journey. Dr. Santiago is great, I would recommend friends and family for sure. That was one of my biggest concerns. I Wanted a doctor with great bedside manner because I can be a little high maintenance lol. When I explained to him what I wanted and how I wanted my results to look, he took a glance and said I can definitely do that, which put me at so much ease. He definitely knows what he's doing so you're in great hands. Not only did he have great bedside manner, but the entire staff introduced themselves individually before my procedure (bbl, arm lipo), and thoroughly explained what was going on. I was so hesitant and scared about having the liposuction but after speaking with the staff and doctors at The Glow all that went away. It was the best decision I made in a long time and the only regret is I wish I had done it years ago. But at 55 years young, it was a worthy investment in myself and I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about to call the The Glow now and speak with them. They will put all your concerns to rest. The actual procedure was so smooth and seamless. Recovery had no surprised as everything was explained to me about what to expect. I personally had a wonderful experience. I had the lipo 360, tummy tuck, and fat transfer. I have 2 girlfriends would went to Dr. Santiago a year or 2 ago and they were pleased with their results. This was enough to convince me. The ENTIRE team was amazing. I was treated as if I was the only person in the facility. Pain has been minimal.
