I went into the store with extreme heal pain that was plantar fasciitis. I was not talked into the $1500 pair as I wanted to go to my doctor. However, he recommended for $500 I would get two inserts. The maintainer and the Strengthener. My sales agent Edgar said he would call me throughout the process. He called once and I never heard from him again. My Heal pain never got any better and once I went to my podiatrist she advised the inserts were two flexible and did not allow for any relief. The parties at good feet do not back their products or in my case knew what they were talking about. I would not recommend wasting your money. I got custom orthotics for less than the $500. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT GOOD FEET. read more

Be aware: Don't fall for there sale pitch. When I got to the store, the sale lady came up to me and started agreeing with my situation. I was desperate to get some pain relief. So I purchased the 3 in soles. Now I'm in more pain than before. My foot and legs hurt really bad. I don't recommend this to anyone. Make sure you do alot of research on them. I seen so more bad reviews than good reviews. That was my mistake, now I'm stuck with a big bill. I even saw a review of a man that went back 20 years to get new insoles and they told him he needed to pay more money but they tell you it has lifetime warranty. Shame on them. Remember that they are not doctors or medical staff. I hope there is a class action lawsuit against this company. The true test of a company is their Customer Support, and whether or not they stand behind their product. Good Feet may work for some, or maybe a lot of customers, but what happens to those who experience NO relief? The company, for all intents and purposes, disappears! $1500 for NOTHING. To be dismissed like that is truly disheartening. At this point, I would just like to warn others that if this product doesn't work for you, don't count on them backing up their product. "Refit"? are you kidding? How about doing it right this 1st time? Or just giving a refund when your podiatrist - and/or your Orthopedic surgeon acknowledges that the product didn't work? Sorry. Not good enough. "Get it in writing". As if they are willing to accept liability for that?! I'm sorry I ever heard about these people. Buyer Beware: Let me first by saying that I did get a partial refund and for that I am grateful, but really a store that does not provide additional compensation or returns is something to be very aware of. These are a really heavy purchase in terms of what you get versus the cost. This isn't to say that they have not helped people achieve a pain free way of life, but it's not for everyone. I have had pain in my feet my whole life, I have fairly flat feet and in my case you would do anything possible to get some relief. What I got was more pain. I followed the instructions, allowing my feet to adjust and finally took them for a test drive in Laughlin. I was already wearing yoga mat style sandals and used the ones told to me for open toed shoes. I hit the boardwalk and only spent time walking to the next hotel, hung out there and then back. I wouldn't say that I spent a huge amount of time walking or standing. We were going to a Country concert and I had brought my cowboy boots to wear, which ironically are fairly comfortable for me and my feet were so swollen I couldn't put my boots on. I was in massive pain the whole night. I brought them back and they refitted me for additional supports. This time I was told another type were better for my open toed so that was a bit confusing. So this time I wore tennis shoes that were bought for comfort, the support and the cushion insole. It was a day at Disney World. It wasn't but a couple of hours and I was again in excruciating pain. My feet were again swollen and red from the insert and that was through a cushion. I did appeal directly to their corporate office and they were able to refund me for two of the inserts, but the other 2 are still costing me over a $1000 and I cannot even wear them. I gave two stars only because they semi worked with me. I am not saying that this is a scam, but I know there are people out there like me that are desperate to try anything to help themselves, and maybe for some this is the right thing, but these just do not do what they advertise for me and I would STRONLY suggest that you seek medical attention first before investing in this very expensive solution. Again, buyer beware of any place that doesn't offer a refund for something that may or may not work for you. Overall the staff were wonderful and gracious and seem to be knowledgeable, but again, no substitute for real medical attention. So now I'm stuck with a bill a VERY expensive bill for a product that makes me more miserable and are edging their way to the trash can. I have this picture, not sure if it's really easy to see where the redness shows the outline of where the support was. for the rest of my trip my feet were worse then if I had not worn it at all and swollen again were I couldn't put my feet into another a closed toed shoe. I don't know if they work or not. I looked online before I went, and I saw a cost range from $300 - $1,200. I'm open. I made an appointment for a trial fitting in the store. I was greeted and shown a board of foot problems and then told they are sold in sets of 3 for $1,500. I said no to the price, and it was based on what knowledge I had at the time. I was never given an explanation of the product or an opportunity to try them... just 3 for $1,500. Maybe there is some value, I will never know. A little cost/benefit may have been helpful. I asked if she had a shoe in my size she didn't even move it was an immediate NO. She said we're an arch support store not a shoe store. I said and there are shoes against the wall for sale. I want to follow up on my review. So you will see that someone from their carport office corresponded with me and I went into further detail of my issues. While she tried to counter my negative review with talking about how her research indicated that I was cooperative and understanding of their policies I was in fact trying to do what I could to be nice and work with the product. After several attempts at trying different products I just couldn't do anything that was going to work with my feet. After additional explanations via email I finally stated that nothing would work and that I wouldn't accept anything less then a full refund. I was ghosted. No additional feedback or even a sorry we cannot do that was given to me. They know that this product can induce additional pain on certain feet and are unwilling to acknowledge or help. For those that it works for great but these are VERY expensive so if you think these are for you get a recommendation from your doctor first!!! I would recommend all who have problems with knees, feet and back to go to The Good Feet Store . I had both knees partially replaced and was till having problems with my knees because of my feet. My knees no longer both me and I can walk and stand for longer period of time because of these incredible arches. I have 4 pairs that serve my needs for the day. I can use high heals, flat shoes, floppies, boots and even in my water shoes. Posture is very important and these arches help you get your back inline and makes your life better. Years ago I had a custom, professionally made set of orthotics made. They greatly changed how I walked and how my feet felt but like most everything in life, they wore out. I moved to the West Coast and forgot about them until I was staying in the desert and saw an advertisement for The Good Feet Store. While not custom made made, the orthotics I got here have eliminated some issues that I have been experiencing over the past several years. While the sales pitch was not high, the pricing was. Combination packages are available but still not reasonably priced in my opinion.. I like the concept and product, but I cannot see rushing back anytime soon for another pair. read more

Avoid the good feet store, I wasted lots of money. Their arch supports are not guaranteed, and you can't return them. You can only test them in the store, it works better with their shoes than yours. They don't tell you the price until they have telled you how good their product is, for about 45 minutes. I was wrong to believe them. I should have seen what a awful deal this was. read more

Came to this store and they refused to honor the product, even though they sell the same item. They want to only deal with people who buy from this store. Beverly spent a great deal of time fitting me with arch supports and showed me how they can be worn in all of my own shoes. My mother came to this store because she works on her feet all day. She purchased insoles here for over $700. She diligently followed the directions included. The result was a painful swollen Achilles tendon shortly after initial use. After several months of trying to heal, she spoke to the owner and was told this hasn't happened to anyone to her knowledge. My mother called again and was told to use the lowest level insole. That caused bad inflammation in the affected area once again. In February of 2022, she took her product back to the store, explaining the situation. She asked to return them and referenced her conversation with the owner. She was told the owner had retired in January and the store is now corporate. When asking for a refund she was offered a refitting, she refused because of the amount of long term pain she experienced with their product. She was told she couldn't return them without a receipt, despite my mother telling her she could show the charge on her credit card. She was offered store credit, which she declined because they only sell insoles and her experience was so painful, she didn't want to use their products. It is really disappointing that a store that specializes in insoles created such a painful issue that they really aren't willing to remedy satisfactorily. I guess.they don't stand behind their products. I hope no one else has this type of experience here. It's been almost a year of pain for her. read more

I've had tremendous pain in the ball of my foot for the past two years. It feels like I'm walking on a pencil and the pain is constant. We walked into the Good Feet store because I was looking for a solution to my lower back and knee pain since my wife and I had planned a 300 mile pilgrimage walk in Spain. Once I was properly fitted and felt an instant relief in my knee and back my wife decided to get insoles as well. We walked 300 miles from Burgos to Santiago de Compostela using our insoles with no knee or back pain while carrying a backpack!!! I have had toe pain for over a year and it just kept getting worse. I am an amputee, so that one foot is REALLY important to have functioning as well as possible. I stopped by to see just what they were - had been hearing commercials on the local radio station and then went back when I had time to try out the arch supports. The pain stopped immediately (other than some residual due to it already hurting). I had a massage last night, and my masseuse noticed the difference all over my foot - he could massage areas that were previously locked up and would not "give". I am so pleased and my next step is to go back and graduate from closed shoes to sandals and learn how to fit the supports in them. Brianna and Paola were very helpful and patient dealing with fitting and tried several options to get the best fit possible. I cannot recommend them enough!
