The employees are pleasant, however. I have used this product for years and years. Policies change and they no longer hold to original policy. They do not honor what they originally honored. Warranty is now worthless with this branch. Would I buy from here, spend $500 dollars on a piece of plastic if I knew their warranty was sh@#!? Technology is so much further along you can go anywhere and find this product for a fraction of the price. I use to be a fan but they aren't the same business and the warranty now sucks. read more

I mistakenly went to this store for footpads. I was immediately confronted with an aggressive sales person. He was not in agreement with my podiatrist form of treatment. Said he could fix it all without any surgery. i had no idea price of his three inserts until we went to computer , I was shocked at 1800.00$ price tag . We felt overwhelmed and rushed even when our credit card was denied he offered another. I left overwhelmed and in debt for more than a can afford. Two weeks later I have same symptoms! I called all he said was no refund and lifetime assistance . For something that I don't want and cannot afford!!Im totally unhappy 73 year old. My dr. Said this store is a scam and pain in his neck. Executive Summary: While their product did help my feet, multiple lies with high pressure sales and a product which seems grossly overpriced means I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. Overall, it was a customer experience which felt like 'give us your money and don't come back.' Details: Before getting too far into the sales pitch, I asked for a ballpark of what I was looking at. Sales guy assured me $200-400, but I'd love the feel of the $400 ones so much I'd end up getting them. I've previously bought custom made inserts years ago for about $200 so it sounded pricey but reasonable. Truth: they sell a 3-step system in which each of the three pairs cost $400, for a total of $1200. No cheaper options were ever presented. I was told that folks are asked back after about a month to see how things are going and adjustments are often needed. Instead, I got a phone call inquiry to which I explained I don't know why I needed a 3-part system when my feet had adjusted to the most aggressive insert in about 2 weeks, and that some of the inserts were already falling apart. In response, the sales guy told me it sounds like things are going good and I don't need to be checked for any adjustments, that I should just hot glue the broken inserts back together, and that he still insisted I will get good use out of the other two pairs of inserts which according to their system were no longer necessary. Since this upsetting experience, I have looked up other reviews and found one site which aggregated reviews of multiple store locations of the franchise at 2.2 out of 5 stars with 218 rating and 243 reviews. The top ten reviews all described the same experience I had: told it will only cost 400, not 1200, high pressure sales and all the rest. So it looks like I didn't just get one unusually bad sales guy, but that he did what many folks around the country have experienced. Yes, their product helped my feet, but at what cost? I've previously bought custom inserts like this at a fraction of the price and none of the unpleasant high pressure sales or dishonesty on price or satisfaction follow-up. It is not an experience I would want any friends or family to go through. Five weeks ago I went to Good Feet in Spokane Valley . My right foot was in pain due to plantar faciitis. Sarah was very helpful and fit my feet with 2 pair of arches. She followed up in a week to inquire about my satisfaction with the arches. At that time the pain from the plantar faciitis was less but not gone. Sarah urged me to return for another fitting at no cost. I accepted her invitation. She refitted my feet with new arches. Since then not only has my plantar faciitis disappeared but as an unexpected bonus, the plantar wart on my left foot disappeared as well. I never mentioned the plantar wart to Sarah as I thought I was destined to removing it every month with Compound W for the rest of my life as I have for the past 10 years. To my delight, that plantar wart is gone and has not returned. The arches are not inexpensive but they were worth the price for the comfort I am now experienceing. I would recommend Good Feet to anyone with similar feet issues. read more

I went into the good feet store in Spokane Valley to get arch supports because I've had foot pain for almost two years now. After wearing the arch supports that I was fitted with for over four months the pain never went away. They charged me about $1,400 for the inserts and it was a total waste of money. After about a month the manager, I think her name was Sarah, called me to see how I was doing with the arch supports. I was working nights at the time so I called her back the next day. No one answered so I had to leave a message and to this day she has never returned my call. That was over two months ago. Their commercials have people giving testimonials that say their pain was cured instantly after putting the arch supports on and walking around the store. I think it's just a bunch of false advertising. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I would stay as far away from these people as possible. Their arch supports are way overpriced and don't work. So the owner replied with a phone number to call. I called the number and it says on one is available to take your call. Leave a message. My husband and I went into the Spokane Valley store where we were waited on by Alaina, she seemed to know her job. Although we were not told about the price of the items. I also told her the shoes she picked for me seemed too big, but she asked is that your toe, I said yes and she assured me they were the right size. After a week of wearing them, they stretched so much that I can't even tie them tight enough to take the sloppiness away. I contacted Alaina about a different pair for free, but she said the only way they would be free is if I hadn't wore them outside. Not happy because our bill was almost $1800 dollars and this is the result I get from her. After I got home and started looking at the receipt I saw the shoes were $150. I have never in my life until now paid that much for a pair of shoes. We are very unsatisfied with the whole experience. read more

Today I took my 10 year old son in to the Spokane valley store to get some new orthotics as he has outgrown his previous ones. The experience of getting fitted was great. They got him in some that helped and he liked. Then we went to pay and given the total of roughly $1,338.00. My response was "are you serious?" The girl was new and the response was that "they have a lifetime warranty" and the person training her said, "they are for your son, I would do anything for my child." So here I sit in a store with my child wearing a product and getting guilt tripped in to purchasing an outrageously priced product and not given any other options. Come to find out after paying said price they have other cheaper options and I was railroaded into purchasing the most expensive stuff they carry and don't worry I didn't miss the big sign that says no returns. Needless to say I will never recommend this store to anyone. read more

Customer service has always been amazing .. unfortunately, the orthotics did not work for me. I strongly suggest talking to a podiatrist prior to purchasing. You may be like me, one of the 10% that they aren't optimal for. If you purchase first and they don't work you get store credit only. So you spend over $1k on orthotics and they don't work for you and you get store credit when items are returned. They have a very limited store inventory. read more

Took my 88 year old mom in to help with foot pain. We got a new person and he was ok, what I didn't like was at the end instead of talking to us about cost, he boxes up the three inserts and says I'll meet you at the register. Nothing about cost, we had to finally say could you tell us the cost on these. Then he stumbles some, and another gentleman comes over whom has more experience and starts to ask us questions about her daily movements and then recommends we purchase the first inserts. They did make a huge difference and I truly appreciated that he was now looking for which one would be a better fit for her as well as her cost. We did end up purchasing the stabilizer insert and will give a review after 30 days. I just wished that they would train their employees to be up front and not like how we were handled. I took my mother to The Good Feet Store in hopes that she could get help for painful feet. The service was very good and I was thinking to myself that I was willing to pay for the help my mother was getting. I was very appreciative but I must admit, I got quite a shock when the woman helping us said it came to $1500. She was very quick to say as I in a state of shock swiped my credit card, that there are no refunds! I imagined to pay $700 to $800. I sure hope the 3 soles (plus one pair of shoes) is worth it in the end and my mother can walk pain free as the woman explained she will. read more

As background: In December I had been in a wheelchair part time for months due to severe back and leg pain. I have tried every kind of insole some in stores, nothing helped, my passion kept getting worse. I'm 31 years old and this new disabled version of my life was affecting my whole life. I've been seeing chiropractors since I was five but it got to a point in December where nothing seemed to make a difference. I couldn't walk or stand for more than five minutes, I had to limit getting in and out of a car to less than 3 in and outs a day. I was emotionally raw trying to accept my new normal. Then my mom talked me into just checking out the good feet store in the valley with her. We went in, got our feet mapped, tried some insoles. Instantly I felt more supported through my foot, but still didn't believe the hype. I was sure this was another waste of money but my mom insisted. She's reminded me that any improvement was worth every penny, so I got the insoles. It is now May and I just got my first adjustment after wearing all three insoles religiously. I'm so excited to say I haven't used my wheelchair in 4 months!!! I'm never going back to life before these insoles. I walked around downtown Spokane with my husband on a date night for two hours! No pain! Monday we walked CDA buy the lake for 2 more hours, still no pain!!! I am recommending these to everyone. They are costly but worth it to stay out of a wheelchair and avoid surgery. If you have to save up to buy them, DO IT!!! Thank you so much too everyone at the good feet store, and thank you to my mom for insisting, and my husband for always making sure I wore them. Asked if she could look at my inserts and indeed they were broken down. Took right care of me and gave me a new pair. In and out in 10 minutes. Amazing inserts for those who have foot problems.
