Greens and tomatoes were served on the side. The brisket was perfectly juicy and tender, and complemented well by the chipotle aioli. The lime juice and cilantro added a layer of freshness. I enjoyed every bite. The others enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich, and steak frites. They raved about everything, including the truffle fries. I love that they've restored a historical building downtown, and that they partner with local farms. The staff are great, efficient and friendly.
