Traveling through we stopped in for some lunch. This place was recommended by a local business woman. It's very clean and the people working there are kind and helpful. We got our menus, sat down to look at it, then my husband went to the counter to order. I had the cheeseburger with fries, he had biscuits and gravy. The fries are hand cut fresh and the burger patty was fresh not frozen. I really enjoyed burger! The fries were perfectly seasoned also. My husband ate his biscuits and gravy up in record time! What an awesome place to catch lunch! Very reasonably priced, food was awesome and the service was incredible. The fun thing about this place was that you felt at home! It's a hard feeling to explain but it was a friendly kind of an old fashioned vibe! They appeared to be regulars that came in and the servers greeted them as such. Now this wasn't a huge place so seating could be at a premium if you went at a popular time. They truly have a great place on the corner and I must say this was a great place to have breakfast or lunch. I ordered the Turkey BLT w/Sweet Potato Fries and I got the side salad for $1 more. It was a small salad bar but very good selections. I thought the potato salad & pasta salad were very good. My counterparts all order the burgers which they says were delicious! Not sure when I'll return to Ponca City but this could be my new favorite place when I visit! read more

We decided to give this place a try while in town and I was plesantly surprised! The reuben was GREAT as were the sweet potato fries. The server said they came with the honey mustard but I also ordered ranch and both were a great accompaniment! The food was hot and fresh. We must have beat the lunch crowd because most of the tables were dirty but as soon as they realized it I blinked and it was all taken care of. I really don't have anything to complain about, it was overall a very solid lunch. If you're into salad the bar appeared fresh and seemed quite popular! We will be back! read more

Came here with my adult kids, and I doubt if I'll be back. My kids said their food was good, but I can't say that about mine. Ordered a cheeseburger and it was over cooked and dry. Flavorless and I couldn't eat it. When we came in a person that was obviously mentally handicapped handed us a menu and recited the specials. We kinda got yelled at. So we sat down after we ordered, and then our food was ready and sitting in the window. Although 2 waitresses were walking around and getting themselves pop etc, no one brought us our order. I could feel myself getting perturbed, and I finally yelled, "is that our order??" They did bring it to us then, but my food had already cooled. A giant thumbs down. I was excited for the salad bar, but it was minimal. I really wanted to like this place but not so much. Probably won't be back. read more

Ate there today for lunch and it was good. Also just looking at the board with all the specials this is a great place to eat and get a good meal for a great price. Cute location!! It is an interesting setup, I'm not used to placing my order at a register in a cafe. The food was great, my burger was a little over done for my taste but it had excellent flavor. Service was wonderful. I will probably be back next time I'm in town. read more
