They said they would redo it asap but when I went in on the specified date it wasn't ready. So, finally they got it right and charged me $75 to attach 2 charms. Im disappointed because they didn't seem to care that they botched it and took a while to make it right. Had they apologized and knocked 20 bucks off the price I would leave a much better review No more jewelry repairs for me at this place, not feeling the vibe I want from a family business
