I have always loved this place. I found it about 15 years ago and used to go frequently. The gyros were so good. And the husband and wife owners were lovely people. I hadn't been since the Covid-19 pandemic, but I stopped by the other day. The husband is running it by himself. I understand his wife is enjoying time with the grands. I went in for a regular gyro. He had some very fresh chicken that he seasoned up and made me a pita stuffed with the chicken and all the gyro fillings. So, I took both home. Both were delicious. Had the gyro. Very tasty and well cooked meat, fresh veggies, and a nice tzatziki on top. Great price for a decent sized meal. Tiny Greek to-go spot. Some people were complaining about the hours.... Let me explain. You have an old Greek couple that must sell authentic Greek food as a hobby. They are very sweet and everything, I mean EVERYTHING in that gyro you're ordering is made from scratch. So if you know what's good for you you'll suck it up and wait! I had a gyro and baklava. Absolutely, the BEST Gyros I have ever had. I just moved to Bremerton, from So. Cal. I was use to different types of Greek Restaurants, and honestly - I wasn't expecting much from this place. But WOW, the Gyro meat was perfect. The tzatziki was cold and delightful. The pita bread was out of this world! This place is so much better than 99 percent of Greek restaurants in So-Cal. I called in my order - over the telephone. The owner said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. It was ready for me, as soon as I walked in the door. The restaurant doesn't have any seating - so you will have to order, and then take the food home or someplace to eat it... and no matter where you go - you will enjoy it! Now, I should mention, the parking sucks. I had to park down at the pawn shop and walk up to get my food. But, it's not a far walk. I had cash on me (because I read other reviews that said credit and debit was not accepted) I hope that changes soon, because I really don't like to carry cash on me. Paying with debit cards is a lot more convenient. But you know what? I will MAKE the effort to stop at the ATM before coming here :D That's how much I loved it. I spoke with the owner about the menu items - - I saw they carry Spanakopita. That is one of my fav Greek foods. Sadly, he said they don't make it year-round. Great Gyro, really small location, fresh and hand made. I do want to mention that if your expecting to walk in and walk out or be immediately greeted, you'll be disappointed. A woman came in a few minutes after me, stood at the entrance and waited about a minute and then left. The man making my Gyro saw her, but didn't say anything and unfortunately lost a customer. If not for having to kill 20 minutes standing by the door, I'd pull over once a week to get their perfectly done falafel, they make it really, really good. Despite living around the corner from this joint for over a year, I only tried them out yesterday [now that we live in Port Orchard], and I'm not only glad I did, but I seriously regret not trying them sooner. I wound up parking in the pawn shop parking lot down the road. When I got inside to place my order I walked right into another guy waiting for his order and our close proximity to one another was sort of...Awkward. I knew it was cash only, so I came prepared, and let me say that it was definitely worth every penny. My Gyro was fresh, full of flavor, and the flat bread was some of the freshest I've had on my recent gyro kick. Unlike other establishments, they really don't skimp on the meat, which was great since the meat is so rich and full of great flavor. The falafel were also great, and I really liked their tzatziki sauce. It tasted fresh and home made rather than the 'greek yogurt with a dash of thyme and mint' that a lot of places seem to have on hand. A definite treasure here in Bremerton. My bf and I were looking for whatever we could find one day driving around Bremerton, because we were tired of the same old fast food around here. After walking around, we found The Greek Connextion. As soon as we walked in, an older woman, covered in flour, smiled at us lovingly, and we knew this was where we wanted to eat. Their gyros are absolutely delicious, the best in town! Better than Noah's Ark (and their gyros are pretty good too). Everything is made right there as you order it, it's a small place but worth the wait and all of it made with care. Eventhough it looks like there isn't a place to park, just park right in front of their small shop. They don't mind at all if you're ordering there. And don't forget to bring cash! More proof the Callow is becoming the only cool place to go in Bremerton is this place, a small, hole in the wall Greek food place run by two of the nicest folks you've ever met. This is the only place to get a good authentic Gyro in town and it's worth every penny. There's no seating, but the couple will bring your food over to the Hi-Fidelity lounge next door so you can eat there with a beer which is a plus. There's really not much more to it than that. Good service and great food (cheap too). Only thing stopping it from being 5 star is that it is cash only, which is more of a problem of mine because I never carry cash. read more

And it smells great in there too *_*. CONS: it's hard to actually get TO this place. You Basically have to park across the street somewhere, wait for a crosswalk and ..it's just a hassle. That and it's cash only. Not usually a problem for me, but it was when we didn't have quite enough so we had to go get cash and come back. Kinda annoying. It's a little hole in the wall, and I was hoping that it would be a good authentic mom and pop place; but the food was average at best. The chicken was super salty and tough, the pita bread was more like a tortilla, and the gyro meat was dry. If you are really craving gyros, this will suffice- especially since they're aren't many more options in the area. It's like what you would expect if you got Greek food at an airport or a ball game. I've been disappointed the last couple times I've been here. I went in around 1:00pm was told they had one pita left, next time was around noon was told they were out of falafel & the last time I tried calling at 11:30am to place an order for pick up...no answer after about 10 rings, tried a few minutes later, still no answer. The falafel & baclava are very good and worth the stop. But, their Gyros are not as good as the Gyros at Noah's Ark (just down the road). Noah's Gyros are much better & some days (depending on the daily special) you can get a 2nd one for .99, can't beat that! read more

I tried this place a month back and I LOVE it. I went with my dad and we both got on traditional gyro and a falafel to share, both were delicious! Someone said Noah's ark was better but this place has real traditional meat while noahs has the pre-sliced junk and they don't put nearly as much meat as you'd want in there, honestly Noah's I'd rather have fries and a burger since it's what they're good at. tried to eat here twice before I was actually able to. Sign said open at 11:30am but that definitely wasnt the case. I called before my third attempt at going and they opened at 12:30pm (why not just change the time if you arent going to open on time?) ordered a gyro took about 15 minutes to make them. I think they must have been scammed at some point b/c the cashier checked my $20 by looking at the symbol, pen and some machine. the gryos had alot of meat but the tzatziki sauce was more like pesto than traditional. not bad for $5.99 but would recommend calling ahead. read more

This place is amazing! I didn't know that excellent food such as this could exist in Bremerton. I just wish there was a place to sit and eat my freshly made lovely. But, I've found that it's really easy to take this delicious gyro over to Safeway's seating area and chow down in comfort. As I am holding my gyro in my left hand and typing with my right I have officially found the #1 gyro spot in Kitsap county. I have driven past this place over a thousand times and thanks to Yelp I turned my head this time as I drove down 6th ave to find this small hole in the wall gem I feel by fate I was destined to find.....ok maybe im being a bit dramatic but its hard to find good tasty mom and pop shops in a town thats ran by corporate food chains. The service was awesome, its just an older greek couple that are sweet as can be which helps them get a 5 star rating in my book. I also tried their drink called "jamaica" which is basically a tea that tastes more like a juice but very delicious. There isn't any seating to eat inside and just to throw it out there its cash only and they close at 7pm. But check it out they have my recommendation. read more
