    I highly recommend Frank. My grill was looking pretty sorry and he made it look almost like new. He returns calls promptly.

    I had purchased a gas log set for use in my fireplace which had a gas line which hadn't been used…read morein at least 12 years. I contacted All Valley. Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

    We purchased an LG refrigerator for just under ten thousand dollars about two months ago. The…read moresalesperson (C.C.) was excellent but once the unit was installed and stocked with food, we observed the doors to be noticeably misaligned. Despite numerous service calls rom both WDC and LG, the issue remained unresolved. An LG technician even advised there was nothing more he could do to fix the door. Two months later, both companies continue to drag their feet. WDC had advised that because we accepted delivery and the fridge had been in use ( even for just a few days) we were not entitled to a replacement or refund. LG has been equally unresponsive, seemingly hoping we'll just give up. UPDATE: We were just informed by WDC that as long as the refrigerator is functioning, we'll have to accept the crooked door. Unacceptable!! So much for the expensive five year warranty that we had also purchased. This is a terrible way to treat customers who have spent a significant amount of money on what has turned out to be substandard merchandise. Shame on both WDC and LG! I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and avoiding LG entirely.
