Tuesday Night is trivia night with DJ Tony Flash who uses wireless buzzers with a Jeopardy format. On Tuesdays, they have a wing and taco special. Both are quite good as is the food which comes in generous portions. The staff are all kind and attentive and there is never a long wait for your order. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon today and the restaurant was clearly not busy/nearly empty. The hostess (didn't catch a name but she was taller with darker red hair) said that there would be a 10 minute wait for the next group (us) and when she found out we were a party of 6, told us 15 minutes. We were obviously a bit confused and asked if we could at least be seated, to which the person seating us said the wait had nothing to do with the amount of people in the restaurant but instead the kitchen. She then said (unprovoked since we didn't say anything else) the wait was what it was and we were welcome to wait if we want or we can leave if we didn't like it. WHO SAYS THAT? That solicited a response from one or two people in our party and we left, shortly followed the by the party behind us. As a note, we had been here last month on a busy Friday night (7-8pm), were promptly seated and informed of the wait we would have due to the kitchen-no problem! This time was drastically different and a very big turn off. Unfortunate and I hope this issue is brought to this specific person's attention. read more

We went for prime rib and had a huge plate piled high with fat and grizzle. (More fat than I have ever seen from prime rib dinners in 25 years.) The baked potatoes were not hot and they serve tiny little-frozen butter cups -- the smallest ever seen. Each plate came with a tiny portion of vegetables. I mean tiny. There must be a shortage of veggies in the area. It was overpriced for the area and unappealing, to say the least. The one star is for the waitress. I can't say enough good things about The Grill. On short notice they accepted a party of 25 people for an afternoon reception. When that group swelled to 35 people there was not a single issue. Everyone in the group commented on how good their meals were. The service was quick, courteous, and on top of all the food and drink requests from the attendees. When the bill came I was very surprised at how affordable the event was. Probably the saddest tacos I've ever had. Came to Milford on work and this was the 3rd time I ate here. The first time I was with 3 coworkers and the service was terrible our waitress was to busy socializing to check up on us and my steak was way over cooked after waiting an hour I wasn't in the mood to send it back especially since I was hungry after a long day of work. The 2nd time I ordered boneless wings, I asked what sauces they have and the waitress proceeds to say do you want them naked cause we have a long list after they didn't have what my coworker order he decided to order wings and I again had to ask what sauces they had and that's when she finally decided to get us a sauce menu. This place has gone down hill... We went this afternoon. Second in line to be seated . After waiting 10 mins for a human to come to talk to us. We were told it was going to be 20 mins more.. She said No!! At this point there was a line building behind us. So I said you don't have to be so rude. And as I recently discovered from a good friend and local resident, illegal for Pennsylvania residents to enter. Let freedom ring. However on the right about a quarter mile further north on Route 6/209, you'll come upon a terrific bar tavern called The Grill - a place that not only captures the essence of the all-American tavern "where everybody knows your name", but after a few beers and an order of The Grill's irresistable buffalo wings -- you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone sitting nearby who would appear "unfamiliar", because from the moment you sit down and one of the gracious waitstaff take your order, you'll begin to feel at home. My friend's band was playing at The Grill one Saturday night, so I had been looking forward to walking in the front door; seeing their faces; doing my best John Wayne. Very good local place to eat. Their wings are well known in the area. The size of the wings are very large, cooked perfectly with a wide arrange of sauce choices. I've tried the honey mustard, honey garlic, sweet and sour, ranch (made on premises), etc. Definitely worth getting outside of 'wing night.' They allow you to split the flavors in half (5 one flavor and 5 another). You get 10 wings per order, but again, they are HUGE. Their food overall is well priced and with a variety of choices with good flavor. The only negative is there are 2 tables on the first floor for handicap guests. Both tables were filled when our party came and the wait was forever. Luckily, our handicap guest took his time but made it up the stairs to the rest of the tables. They also changed their parking lot which provides more car space and better organization. read more

Went there after long day rafting. Service was good but at a slower pace but they advertise that on their menu. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. I had the cod hero and it was really good. Father in law had turkey club that he really liked. Boneless and regular wings were good. I come here regularly. Today will be my last time. I ordered the Filet mignon medium rare. What I got was a small hockey puck well done sirloin steak. Definitely not a filet mignon. when I brought it to the servers attention She said I should have told her sooner. I told her if it was just a little overdone it wouldn't be a problem but since this was not a filet mignon but a sirloin that I had an extremely hard time cutting through it even with a very sharp steak night that that was the problem. After she brought it to the owners attention and completely disagreed with me and told me that that was a filet mignon the owner took 10% off of the filet mignon for $3 discount. it saddens me to say that I will not be returning to this restaurant as I will not encourage a establishment to rip customers off. read more

Early to mid afternoons are more laid back and kid friendly. Evenings are a blast with a more lively crowd. Definitely recommend the wings! Pretty typical neighborhood sports bar with standard fare: burgers, sandwiches, steaks, pasta, chicken dishes, etc. I've tried most of the things on the menu, since I lived in the area for several years, and I was never disappointed by the food. It's pretty decent, but nothing to write home about, with the exception of the wings.This place has -awesome- wings, with a wide range of flavor options to suit most any palate. I do have to knock off a couple stars for the service, though. It's very hit-or-miss; sometimes they're on their game, but sometimes they're inexplicably slow and inattentive, even when the place is empty. The waitress was very nice me everyone was dressed for Halloween. We had a cold drink and then I ordered the Italian panini which had two huge piece of chicken breast, a huge slice of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar, absolutely delicious but a mess to eat.
