Apparently its far too much trouble to use a utensil, or even put a glove on her hand. She just lifted the waffle and put it on tbe plate, bare handed. If she does that in full view of the customers, can you imagine what happens in the kitchen? I'm not someone who is germaphobic, but come on! I just got up and walked out. Five minutes later, the waiter brought out freshly fried chips and homemade salsa large enough for the two of us (came with the enchiladas). The half pound hamburger with bacon and cheese was amazing with a nice smoky flavor and thick cut bacon. The huge portion of enchiladas was also tasty enough to have been served at a Mexican restaurant. We'll definitely be coming back anytime we're in the area!

The owner came out and talked with each patron individually and was very welcoming. He was very nice and I enjoyed the conversation. Some might think he's trying a bit too hard, but I thought it was a nice touch. The meat was all good, except the brisket was a little over done. But not really a big deal, as the sandwich was pretty good. I did NOT care for the BBQ sauce (and I LOVE sauce) as it seemed more like ketchup than BB sauce. It wasn't offensive, I just didn't like it as I felt it was rather bland. The onion rings were 10/10, my favorite style. The peach fried pie was probably the best fried pie I've ever had. So tasty.
