The fella working the store, the owner I think, was over at a tasting booth letting a guy try some of the hottest hot sauces he had. That was because there was an entire wall, to the ceiling, of hot sauces. He had a good eye, as he spotted me looking at thew pickles ingredients and asked"do you wanna try one, I have a jar open". I was happy to. They were good, but not what I was looking for. Then I saw a hot sauce that was Black Truffle infused. I HAD to try that. Fantastic. I bought 2.
