This is a Havanese! The bridge of the nose was shaved off! My normal groomer Brook moved away and now no one speaks good English there. I told the girl to keep his face fluffy and she shaved it down and chopped his long ears. She shaved his feet like a poodle and took his long flowing tail and chopped that too. For $70 plus a low 10$ tip you would expect a groomer to know their breed and call the customer if they are unsure of something while grooming. I do not think I will ever take my baby here again! Don't recommend. Price seems promising at first, but they get you with things you didn't agree to. Don't get me wrong, my dog is clean and smells great, However, I asked for the partial bath. I called, made the appointment, confirmed the appointment and even spoke with the lady performing the grooming. I wanted a very light trim (comes with the partial groom), just so my dog will look clean and fresh. Mind you, the set price for a partial grooming is $60, which is fair. I thought we came to that understanding, but when it's time to pick up my dog, I see a $70 charge rung up. I went knowing I was going to spend over $60 including tip, but $70 off the bat was NOT what we agreed on. I paid, thinking maybe tip was already included, odd, but okay, whatever. Nope! Tip screen pops up, so I ask the lady, why was I charged $70 if that's not what I booked or what we spoked about? [[HIGHLIGHT]]She said that we spoke about a full grooming and that's what she preformed on my dog. After bringing to her attention, again, that I did not book that, the screen says I did not book that, nor is that what we spoke about.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She says I didn't speak to her on the phone, it routes to people in the Philippines and she gets a text message of her appointments.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm already fed up, so I shrug it off, pay, and leave. TERRIBLE !!! Do not bring your dog here. I dropped her off at 1PM and I'm just now picking her up at 11:11PM!!!!!! I was charged an extra $25 for flea treatment without being asked. This treatment was suppose to be good for 4 weeks. I would have been ok with the flea treatment but a few days later I had to wash my dog again and treat him myself. I don't think they did the flea treatment right. Very disappointed. I started taking my shitzu Pucho which is (9) years old about three months ago. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I absolutely love this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Rosemary is super good with my dog and even healed a little sore he had. Long story short, my dog left the boutique the same way he came in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a 3pm appointment for my dog today, I got there filled out paperwork via email as this was my first time here. I left and was told I would be called once my dog was ready. HOURSS goes by and still no call and no update. I then called at 6:41pm to figure out what's going on. During that phone call, I was told my dog was still not ready and that I would be called once he was. Their boutique closes at 8pm, it's now close to their closing time and I have yet to receive a phone call. I show up at 8pm to see what's going on just for them to tell me they weren't able to service him[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Their excuse for not calling and letting me know that HOURS prior was because they had 5 walk-ins and were busy. What's the point in having an appointment if your walk-ins are your priorities. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was no sort of apology for the inconvenience and no sympathy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do NOT come here. There was only two people in the boutique and they have no respect, no professionalism, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and no care in the world. My dog came home and was very thirsty which also shows that they hold your dog in cages and do NOT care for them. I'm happy I did NOT give this place a DIME as they do NOT deserve to be in business.
