The main building has a few guest rooms but most are in cottages dotted around the property. Ours was sweet and the bed comfy. Our only issue was the TV cable didn't work and wasn't repaired during our trip. The jetted tub also didn't have functioning hot water and it would've taken too long to fill using the shower, so it went unused. Both of these items would've been much welcomed following a very long travel day from the west coast. Overall very nice.

There are very few spaces in front so you'll need to park out back and either walk around or use your key to get in the building. Some spaces are taken up by construction trailers but I still saw plenty of parking. Price is not too bad, in dollars or points, especially if you book well ahead of time. My room was quiet despite being right next to the elevator, further rooms are likely even quieter. Unfortunately all they had available when I selected my room was right next to elevator on second floor or same room on fourth floor which also had adjoining room. I figured second floor without adjoining room would be quieter and was right. It was fine. All in all a very nice hotel, not much nearby though since this is rural Alabama. If I come up to this area again, I definitely will stay at this facility The only thing I would suggest is putting more towels in the bathrooms. She did call around 10:00pm, while we were in bed, and said she could move us to a bigger room. We were already sleeping . The room we got was extremely dark, with old furniture and paint chipping. The bartender in the bar, said he cold make anything, then didn't have what I wanted. Gave me a substitute liquor, which was not even close and made me sick. The continental breakfast was scones, packets of oatmeal, some fruit and some dry cereal. Bad Coffee and 10 tea bags, none of which I would ever drink. They consider this an artsy boutique type of hotel, I felt like we were on "Skid Row". Marriott should cut ties!!!

So our room was the kind with a separate bedroom and a living room with a door in between, so it worked perfectly for us (I like to sleep and my husband is a night owl).
