Luis Rey's doesn't open until 4:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The NFL kicks off at 10:00 AM on Sundays. Luis Rey's doesn't kick off until 1:00 PM. Sunday Night Football? You might miss the end of the game as Luis Rey's closes at 9:00 PM. They close at 9:00 on Thursdays also, so the end of the Thursday Night Football game is in jeopardy also. Monday Night Football? Forget it. Luis Rey's is closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We never actually went to Luis Rey's. We stayed one night at Pala on a Saturday; we were attending a wedding nearby. We had to get to the venue about the time Luis Rey's opened, and we didn't return until after they closed. Looked like a decent bar. If only they were open when sports are being televised.

We addressed our issues to a staff member. They seemed to not care about our horrible customer service. We then asked for the manager/owner. We explained to the owner that we were not happy and wanted to give him advice to improve his staff and servers. Unlike normal managers that help or offer excellent customer service. This manager was not having it. Anger issues for sure. He yelled and cursed. Word for word. He said. Get the fuck out of here. Leave my restaurant.
