Brussels HS Crab and Shrimp Bruschetta
Caitlin K.

Food is flavorful, but heavy! I had the lobster melt and it was PACKED with lobster! Great quality food and good flavors, but a few dishes seemed greasy, so maybe less butter or oil when cooking and I would've given five stars. Brussels sprouts are super tasty, but a bit oily. Tomato bisque was good, but a little on the thick side. I had a mocktail and it was super refreshing!

I remember when this retail area was being built. I completely forgot about it. This has to be the same builder as the Avalon in Alpharetta because it looks so much like it. Went for Sunday brunch with my friend. This place is so beautiful. It reminds me of a restaurant on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Very beachy, open vibes. Very clean. All the servers and bus guys were really nice. The man singing live music was amazing. His setlist was great. He was singing SZA, Beyoncé, Stevie Wonder, etc. Very entertaining. Definitely tipped him to support. This place is huge. They have several outdoor tables, downstairs seating, upper level and along the side tables also. I really hope this place stays open and is packed wall-to-wall in the summer. The food and drinks were really good. We had guava margaritas and sangria's. I loved the guava lemonade. The monkey bread was good, but it needed to be fresher, should have sent it back. The dynamite shrimp was good, the crab and shrimp bruschetta was good. The lobster roll was not the best I've had, kind of dry. Definitely adding this to my list to take visitors. Love the aesthetic and decor and the food and service matches.

I could see why this may take some time to come up from 3.5 stars. Atlanta has a lot of options, even directly in the area. That aside, I'm a fan of this chain and was happy to see it made it's way to Atlanta. Oddly enough,- the Crispy tofu dish is my go to. It comes with an avocado spread and plantains. It is not for everyone! I will say something about the sish wasn't quite the same as other locations, but Ira been too long since I was in Miami to recall the exact details. Our server was soft spoken, but very friendly. We had a manager touch in a couple of times, which was also a nice touch. It seemed to be some slow times /miscommunication with the bar. The food came out very speedy (10x drink times). There is an elevator, need to make note. Otherwise crowded days or weak bladder_ your going to make tour way down. A couple of flights. The area has good parking options in the deck and lots of space to walk around. I think you can get better priced beverages across the way, but I really enjoyed the frozen. That will run you about 20 bucks per beverage. I say the average meal is around 30, so once it's all said and done easy to rack up 80pp. Our group had gratuity of 18 percent included. I'm a 20 percent typically, so I find that more than fair. Keep the service from.dropping due to cheapskate lol. I didn't go for dessert, though it looked like a good variety. The happy hour is a weekday 4 to 6 type of thing, which I didn't go for. It seemed more like for oyster fans. They had live music, but I wish they switched it for something more upbeat after 8pm. Overall a good visit. Hope they survive the competition and maybe get a broader happy hour.

Our first time dining and all the reviews seemed so positive. We didn't have the same experience. Our server was nice but he may have been new , we asked for sliver ware , cocktail forks for the oyster appetizers , which were briny and had pieces of sediment and debris someone in my party got steak and it took a while for him to get a steak knife. The fries were served cold and my entree was more of cafe style than upscale. The pricing didnt correspond to the quality. This was a bday dinner and seemed and truly disappointed. The drinks were very watered down ( all in my part agreed ) The view was great and the beach aesthetic was relaxed. They do offer music from 5-7 and brunch on weekends. The restaurant is 2 levels. The manager did come over to talk with us but it was not the best experience.

HONEY GLAZED NORWEGIAN SALMON*

I first went for happy hour and had an amazing time. Sadly the menu changed a bit but I'm sure will still be worth it! Everything was colorful and seasoned well. Definitely 5 stars with the live music for the night. My second visit the food was a miss for us. Overcooked chicken and undercooked salmon for a few of us that ordered these dishes and on top of that, it felt like the potatoes they served us were from the previous dinner service and was just heated up. I'd give 3 stars for the beautiful coastal theme and ambiance and the great service that I have received both times visiting. The drinks and apps are probably the only reason I'd come back and possibly the happy hour going forward so one star for the bartender. We were a larger group so they set us in the back private room. It was perfect until another large party was sat right next to us. It's hard to hear each other because the room is enclosed and voices overpower each other. The manager was great and gave us a few desserts to make up for the lack luster dinner service. I definitely recommend trying a few items and drinks to see if you it's your vibe. I loved everything but was disappointed by the food but they didn't lose a star because the manager handled the situation perfectly.

I've been to Hampton Social a few times and don't know why I'm just now writing this review because the food is consistently good. For appetizers, the oysters were fresh, and the shrimp & crab bruschetta is a must have. So good. For mains, the double Wagyu burger was juicy and full of flavor. The truffle lobster melt with the bisque is delicious, but there's a very small amount of lobster. Still tasty just setting expectations. The honey glazed salmon was bomb. Perfectly cooked with great flavor and I was surprised by how much I liked the carrots. The restaurant is really cute with a coastal vibe, and the patio is such a mood, especially on a nice day. Service is always good and the staff stays on top of things without being overbearing.

LOBSTER ROLL - more bread than lobster.
Crystal H.

For a Sunday after church at about 11:3 am, there were already several tables sat but not busy either. There's an upstairs and downstairs both very nicely decorated with a beach club feel. I sat at the bar enjoying a mango mimosa with the lobster roll served with potato chips. The lobster roll was $40 alone with the mimosa being $10. The bill automatically included gratuity bringing me to $65+. I wouldn't say it was worth that. The lobster roll was decent but I have had better. There typically is more lobster throughout. The mimosa was more champagne than juice but I can't complain. Just couldn't taste the mango.

Met up with a friend here for lunch on a Sunday and we had a wonderful time. This cute spot can be found in High Street just behind Perimeter Mall and it was pretty easy to locate as there are several parking decks around. There was no cost to park (woohoooo) but I did notice that the street parking that was available all had signage for a 15 min limit. This place is super cute and bright and I loved the atmosphere - live music, wonderful staff, delicious food and I appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded (prettt sure that was due to the rainy day) so we were able to have a chill brunch and really just hang. Just about everything on the menu sparked my interest but I was super hungry and had the shelter island chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The chicken was seasoned well and the fries were soooooo good. Hoping to come back soon and try out some of their other items and take in the coastal vibes again soon!

Seafood Platter HS Tuna Tartare HS Ahi Tuna Bowl

Loved our service by our waitress I don't remember her name I think it was Kaylin? She was amazing and all her recs were awesome. The tuna tartar was so tasty I am going to dream about it. Not pictured by my boyfriend also had the chicken and waffles and said it was some of the best chicken and waffles he's ever had. He said it was really juicy and the breading wasn't too thick but just crispy enough.

AHI TUNA BOWL

I dined at The Hampton Social for the first time and immediately fell in love with the ambiance. The space is elegantly designed with a coastal vibe. The intricate ceiling details, hanging lights, and a beach-themed color palette gave the space an upscaled look. I stopped by for lunch on a Monday with a friend, and we ended up being the only guests at the time. While the atmosphere was very quiet, it meant we were seated right away and our food arrived quickly. We both shared the Truffle Parmesan Fries ($15). If you're a Parmesan lover, this appetizer won't disappoint you. The fries were perfectly crispy, coated with plenty of cheese, and paired well with the truffle aioli. For my entree, I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl ($24.95), which came with seared tuna, quinoa, sweet potato, edamame, avocado, kale, and a drizzle of cilantro cream. The ingredients were fresh, but the bowl didn't blow me away. For the high price, I was expecting better flavors. I also wish it had more cilantro cream to tie the flavors together.

TRUFFLE LOBSTER MELT & BISQUE
Mansi R.

Cute beach vibes. Our server was great. She had a positive attitude and checked in on us multiple times. We enjoyed the lobster grilled cheese & bisque along with the vodka pasta. I would recommend both of them. Their wine and cocktails are pricey, but the wine list is decent. There's plenty of parking in the deck across from the restaurant.

GARDEN SCRAMBLE
Jeff C.

My family and I came here for my niece's birthday. The ambiance is casual but very nice. The staff were attentive and nice. We had brunch which kept prices down. Live music was relaxing but somewhat loud. There is a huge patio with nice views of the buildings. The Garden salad was good and everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Note- during happy hour 3-6pm fresh oysters are $1.50.This establishment is a good place for special events but make reservations first. Grade-A.

The food was very good. I had tge mac & cheese with chicken. The service was very quick and professional.

They also offer sashimi and sushi, although those are limited to one serving per person. In addition to the table service, there is a buffet with an impressive selection of meats, dim sum, sushi rolls, curry, vegetables, snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, milk tea, and other beverages. The quality of the food was very good, especially considering the price. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the variety made it easy to sample a little of everything. For $29.99, the experience was more than worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

The restaurant forces you to select and commit to a dining plan on their system before you are even allowed to enter and see what food is actually available. To make matters worse, there is a clear discrepancy between their physical menu and digital ordering system. Upon reviewing our photos later, we noticed that several items listed on the physical menu (which were not crossed out) don't even have a matching category, tag, or option on the tablet ordering system. P.S. Before anyone questions whether I simply missed these items at the buffet/snack bar: I personally went to the buffet area at least three times and reordered using tablet ordering system multiple times. There wasn't even a single tag or label for those missing items. If they were supposedly there, the real question should be why they were never restocked. Charging $78 a person while failing to properly update the digital menu or sync it with the physical one is incredibly misleading. You shouldn't charge this premium price without letting customers know exactly what is missing beforehand. There were empty spots at the buffet stations, and the restocking speed was painfully slow. I wish we had known this before coming; we would have happily just done the lunch special instead of paying for the Tier menu. Our waitress was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and easily the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the service. The hosts seemed overwhelmed, and the front area felt understaffed to handle the crowd. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation. My friend is currently wearing an Aircast boot for a foot injury, so we separated and had her wait for the table first since walking is difficult for her. The entrance was crowded with waiting guests, but no one told her that there were actually open seats behind the bar. Even though it was obvious she was injured and needed a place to sit, the host did not offer any alternatives. She eventually asked if she could sit at the bar, only to discover plenty of open seats behind it. It would have been much more thoughtful if the host had actively mentioned this to the waiting guests. The ordering system was another major source of frustration. The tablets at our table either had an outdated system or were dying--they frequently froze, and we had to try multiple times just to place an order. Even worse, the system missed one of our limited special items entirely. We actually lost track because, after we submitted our order, they swapped our tablet for a new one, and the system got completely confused. We had to ask at least three times about the missing item before it was finally addressed. Huge thanks to our waitress, who personally went back to the kitchen to communicate for us and ensure we got our missing items. Without her, I'm not sure the issue would have been resolved at all. As for the food, the restocking speed was disappointing. One of the milk tea machines was virtually empty for the duration of our visit--it only had a tiny splash left at the very bottom, well below the line, and was never refilled. The meat was sliced extremely thin, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but due to the type of grill plate they use, the meat burns instantly and constantly sticks to the grill plate. If you're going to slice meat that thin, the grill setup really needs to be reconsidered. One more thing: the restaurant's advertisements are completely outdated. They still advertise a $28 membership card, which is no longer a valid dining option (it is $58 a year now). I wish someone had informed us about this before we made our choices. Overall, I wouldn't return to this location. The waitstaff were warm and professional and worked hard, but the incomplete menu, slow restocking, and poor communication made the experience disappointing. We also appreciated that no one rushed us to leave after we paid and sat for about an hour--that was a positive note to end on.

It's in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking, but you may not be able to park close to where you want to walk to the door to because there are so many other spots there. But the parking is free in Buckhead. So that's a plus! There's spaces inside and outside for you to go to, so that's good, but the inside is very nice and decorated very well. They have TV so you can watch sports but it's not a sports bar so don't get that confused. The bar is a nice size and set it pretty well. Not billions of bottles but just enough to what you need. Dean was my my server and bartender, super good customer service, very warm and communicative, and I would have come back just to sit at the bar with him again. The ball is very well kept and very clean, but the whole establishment was as well. They have a lot of space by the bar and to the other side of the restaurant as well. The menu is predominantly seafood related but they have other things as well. But they have a couple things that look like. They should be really really good so I am going to have to double back! Calamari - The calamari was pretty good. It came out really fast so it makes me think that they were already cooking by the time I ordered LOL. But it had a sweet chili sauce to it, but the calamari seem to be crispy and seasoned enough to where it wasn't a requirement. Brussel sprouts - brussel sprouts for good, kind of wish they had more of them but they were still pretty tasty. Overall. They had the vinaigrette flavor so I know that they were cooked well. They were more firmed and mushy so that was good. I would get them again and I was see. Can I get a full order instead of just a side order because they were just that good. Old bay fries - The Old Bay fries were okay. They had that sodium to where you needed ketchup to kind of bring the sweet. But they were still good though regardless. Shrimp tacos - these were good. Had 3 large shrimp. Got mine blackened and they were just the right amount of taste and flavor. The sauce on it was a little much but that was okay though, it balanced out all of the spice for the peppers and the shrimp seasoning. Gumbo - the gumbo was pretty good and it came in a large bowl, more than you would think a cup would be. Savory and tasty. Overall, with the quality of the food and the customer service, I feel like this place definitely deserves my attention again. The first time I went in I only had a couple of appetizers, and that really didn't do it justice.

Free parking in nearby garage was a plus. Located under some apartments in a neighborhood that has seen better times, it was actually a pleasant surprise to walk into this unassuming restaurant where time seemed to stand still. It looks like it has been renovated and kept up furnishing wise though. Staff wore white server coats and most looked unpressed and not very clean. Overall, the inattentive and inconsistent service was extremely disappointing for our expectations. Staff were friendly and that probably swayed us to staying here. Once we noticed that the female servers were crumbing the tables, clearing empty plates, filling water glasses, all without prompting, checked back on food served, and offering hot towels at the end of their party tables, etc. it diminished the mostly tasty meal that we had consumed. I had selected this restaurant for a special anniversary and would not return to any of their locations if this is the norm. Fresh oysters from MA were small and tasty Truffle fries were good Cesar salad with house made croutons and extra anchovies made it tastier Branzino was good- veggies were not properly cooked- were tough. Really loud though, so you'll need to project your voice across the table lol. Our server was really friendly and explained all the menu items well. For apps we got the grilled oysters & lobster bites. Both were delicious and flavorful - wish the portions were larger haha. I usually don't like oysters but these were really good. I ended up getting the grouper grilled with lobster risotto & truffle fries. My husband got the scallops with lobster risotto and brussel sprouts (we shared). The risotto was the winner! It had a great texture, flavor, and chunks of lobster in it. The fish was nicely grilled. Wished the scallops were larger. Server said it would be about 5-8 scallops and we got 4...in addition they gave us the wrong sauce (he ordered cajun and got lemon). The kitchen also messed up my order as well with forgetting the truffle fries & giving me a large portion of risotto instead. They did bring it to me after I asked. Server was really busy and tended forget the things we asked for. He forgot our friend's drink a few times. Since it was busy, it was hard to get his attention right away. We did have to wait a long time for our food - first for the apps then between the apps and dinner, about 40 minutes. For dessert we had the creme brulee & peach cobbler cheesecake. They gave us some small glasses of wine to toast on the house (as well as the creme brulee). The creme brulee was pretty good though the sugary top could have been crispier. The cheesecake was just OK. Lots of peach preserves on a regular NY style cheesecake. Wouldn't get it again. Overall food is good but wait times and the forgetfullness were disappointing.

Where do I begin…read more..... Convenience-I love the fact that you can access this restaurant without having to enter the mall. It's definitely also a plus that you have a full mall parking lot to take advantage of without any need to pay for parking. Ambiance-The aesthetics are truly beautiful within this establishment! The pops of color, the light fixtures, the rose wall, the mirrored hallway...all very lovely and pleasing to the eye! Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! He gave wonderful recommendations regarding the menu, and he checked on us with just the right amount of consistency. He was friendly, personable, and kind! He genuinely wanted to make sure that the experience was memorable and it showed brightly & authentically! Food-I had the Fried Salmon Bites, Traditional Waffles & Fried Lobster, and Peach Cobbler. It was all cooked to perfection with such flavor! I had a lovely Wild berry drink that was very delicious. There was no wait, no crazy lines, and no pretentiousness. K+K is doing things right, and I thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at Kitchen and Kocktails. The customer service was extremely…read morepoor from the moment I arrived. I came in on a Saturday for a 6:15 PM reservation for a party of four. I arrived first on time and my first guest arrived at 6:20 PM. I was told I had to wait till the rest of my party arrived. I set at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party. My friend approached the hostess stand to ask if we could be seated as a party of two . Also, advised the Mexican girl that it will be only 3 but, we don't have to wait for her cause she's not gonna be eating since we're on a time schedule and was attending an event. The hostess was very rude and dismissive, stating "that's not how it works" in an unprofessional tone. Later, another hostess came over and said our reservation had "run over" at 6:35 PM, even though we were already in the restaurant before our reservation time window had passed and there were clearly open tables available. The restaurant wasn't packed at all. When we asked again about a table for two, we were told we could either sit at the bar or wait. The interaction felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We told the hostess we wanted a table for two to sit down and eat . The black hostess said , so you want to stay at the bar or you want a table . I said a table. She said , the bar ‍I said no a table. She then said that they could refuse service if we had an attitude, which was not the case . I simply answered her question by saying no . Told her I didn't know that saying no is me having an attitude. At that point, we chose to leave and not spend our money there due to the poor customer service and the rudeness of the hostess. Overall, the staff we interacted with on June 20th at 6:15 PM were rude and unprofessional and clearly need better customer service training. Based on this experience, I understand why there are so many negative reviews.
