We're totally pleased with the results. But beyond that the workers were very pleasant to work with and they showed everyday as scheduled and adjusted their schedule when we needed a week off to take care of a personal matter. We would definitely consider using Spruce Properties again for any new renovations.

We had a difficult site that required a high bank drain system be installed. Our access was barely…read moresix feet wide and our back yard was very small with beautiful gardens. Cleaver took the time to figure out how to get into our site and how they could manage with minimal damage to our gardens. We marked the dig zone and I removed plants from that area. Not only did they stay within the zone, they put back dirt into the gardens and refreshed all our rock pathways. All with a calm reassuring attitude. Great job!!!
