I had a problem with the installation and called to get replacement and possibly look at some more. She indicated to me that her first appointment to come into the showroom was a month out. When attempted to indicate that I already had product that I just needed to order more, she said "we're not a good fit for you" and hung up on me. I run 3 businesses... dealing with difficult clients and customer service. Behavior like this is never acceptable. Motor Mouth Lacy, in a condescending, rude, and aggressive tone hung up on me before I could explain that I was a customer looking for prior product. I actually called back to get Lacy's name, I said to her that I didn't appreciate her condescending tone, lack of professionalism and she hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice in either conversation, use profanity's or calls names. Frankly, she hung up on me less than 30 seconds after I got on to the phone. I imagine Lacy is either part owner or family member. I can't actually imagine anyone with her lack of skills and behavior is actually employed. Or maybe the employers don't know about her behavior.. that frequently happens.

When I complained about some of the things they did like damaging my bathtub and doing an awful job, They said they would come back and fix it, Two months later they came back to fix the bathtub and fix their awful tile job and finish installing the faucet, light, bath towel and redo their motel six white moldings and all they did was barely fixed the bathtub and it really crappy job and redid some of the caulk work, which is still awful! Nothing else - no installation of the new baseboards to take out the white motel six ones, they installed none of the new fixtures and left thinking they completed the job The tile work was uneven, even though they praised themselves on how they used lasers to make sure everything was even but it is not I would not recommend this crew to come and fix anything in my home they only got one star because not an option

I felt the pricing was reasonable and, importantly, we quickly established a feeling of trust. After a career of running projects myself, I would give their crew the highest marks. Emily commented several times that all day long, the only sounds were uninterrupted construction noise; every one of their people worked hard, all day long. As happens, there was a flooring glitch at the bathroom door. Without hesitating, a large section of flooring was pulled up and put back properly. Their electrician, Nick, was installing the new panel when it became apparent a new exterior service was required for code. Somebody rounded up the parts and Nick worked until 7:00 pm so that Emily wouldn't be inconvenienced. They resided the front of the house and did a great job fitting around the windows and doors, but after paint, the siding material was very rough. I pointed it out to Chris, and he agreed. Cesar, their lead carpenter, came back and sanded the whole front of the house and rolled another coat of paint on it, and put a fresh coat on the door for good measure. I added a few change orders and was treated very fairly, like we were partners. Ion and Chris were always available, even on weekends and they are leading a great crew. We are very pleased with the project; it's made the whole house seem like it's new. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

This time, we needed a retaining wall built between my neighbor and us and a fence rebuilt on top of that. We also had them put in a flight of stairs on the same side yard and replace the gate at the bottom. As usual, the crew was awesome! They kept us informed the whole time so we knew what was going to happen each day, they showed up when they were suppose to, kicked all kinds of butt getting the huge project done (I mean it- they freaking worked in pouring rain!), and they worked with us regarding a payment schedule.
