Mine comes with no chicken. Why would you show chicken in a photo and not send it. I usually have a decent experience when I get food or a smoothie... However, on this day I ordered a chicken parm hero over the phone. The guy says 10-15 min. I get there and still have to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my food. When I get home I open my sandwich and I see that they burned the hero. Instead of replacing the bread with new bread, they probably thought I would not notice if they scraped it off with a knife. They thought wrong. So 25 minutes for a sandwich that was burnt anyway? This place just cannot seem to get it together. Every single order I get is wrong and over 30 minutes later than expected delivery time. When I call to ask where my order is, the answer is always "he should be there any minute now." My last order was an hour and a half later than grubhub's ETA. Which means it took two and a half hours to make a salad. Another time, they forgot the salad dressing for the salad. But they couldn't send another driver out. So the solution? $5 off my next order. I've given this place multiple attempts. It's hard to find healthy eateries in The Bronx, and I always want to support small businesses. But this place really is an embarrassment and besides the manager, who I've unfortunately spoken with many times due to the errors, the customer service is far from satisfactory. read more

In the are I work there's a lot of fast food restaurants so I would not have any other choice but to get them. I am so happy they have this spot in the Bronx and even happier they deliver. I've ate there twice this week. 1st meal was the Mexico wrap with steak and omg there steak was soooo flavorful and the whole wheat wrap itself was perfectly toasted, my second order was a buffalo wrap.... AMAZING ! The burrito is a great size for the price you pay, very fulfilling I couldn't even finish it. Over stuffed which is awesome. I also had there nutty professor smoothie and I think I might skip lunch twice a week and sub a smoothie. I think it's a great price for the quality of food you get. Me and my boyfriend order from this place all the time since is close to us and it has Good healthy options. We love their salads, breakfast and quesadillas. However there is times that they do mess up on my orders even when it's on the receipt. The biggest disappointment has been their protein brownies. When we first started ordering them they will be thick, the chocolate chips will melt in your mouth and the texture was moist. They will taste like they just came out the oven. Now they are thin, sooo dry and hard. We even received one that looked like the chocolate chips were taken off. Please, bring back the old brownies. Other than that very good prices. read more

I found this place because I wanted to try healthy eats in my neighborhood, but please be aware this place will have you running literally! I walked in and the two girls did not acknowledge me right away, then when I was ordering continued their conversation as if I wasn't even there. I had ask for my receipt and how long my order would take, I shouldn't have to ask for that. I finally get my food the wrap tasted ok but the bean burger was so dry I couldn't even eat it. About 30 minutes later my stomach started to ache so bad. I could not eat for the rest of the day. I am so appalled from the customer service to the food just a horrible experience. read more

Delicious healthy food. Definitely not diet sized servings tho. But being the serving size is so big eat 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner and you'll have a great tasting low calorie healthy meal day. Food was alright but the attitude of the delivery man made this a horrible experience and I would never order from them again. When he arrived to my apartment he was very rude because he had been calling me and I hadn't answered. Apparently they do not deliver up to the apartments (this should be advertised) and I did not know, so I didn't pay attention to my phone which was on silent. He was upset him to the point where he kept questioning and badgering me before giving me the food. Asking how he was supposed to deliver if I don't answer my phone. I was confused, because obviously I expect him to deliver as he just had, by buzzing my door bell and handing me the food. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. The food here is good enough if it ever gets to you. I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I have ordered delivery from here three times my food has NEVER come inside of the delivery window. My smoothies are a l W a Y S separated and not a little like as would be expected but like COMPLETELY separated. When I call and ask if my food has even been sent out ten minutes after it said it would be delivered they say yes..... And then will my order and address. I had the food delivered. It was earlier than expected, which was great! I was super excited about the veggie burger that I got. It looked delicious. It had a great taste until i crunched down on what seemed to be a sand like feeling. That was not appealing. I also had a peanut butter shake (sorry i don't remember the actual name of it). IT WAS DELICIOUS! I drank the whole thing, and then I had the awful surprise that it was probably not made with the soy milk I had requested. For people who have dairy allergies, you know exactly what I mean. It ruined the rest of my work day.... It was horrible. The veggie burger patty came with broccoli and carrots. Those were steamed. Ok, but no flavor. Maybe ask for salt and pepper or something. Lastly, I had the protein brownie. After this roller-coaster of a meal, it ended up being a very pleasant surprise. It had good flavor, with chunks of chocolate in it. My favorite part of the brownie experience was the consistency. It was more cake like than brownie. Best salads we've had around here in a while. lettuce was clean and fresh, turkey burger meat and grilled chicken was nicely cooked, not dry at all and seasoned well. The chicken and spinach and BBQ chicken quesadillas are delicious. Their wraps are equally as good. The only reason I took off one star was due to the salads I have received. I really like this newish healthy spot on Morris Park. There are a ton of options, and I like knowing how much protein comes with each serving. The sauteed spinach side is great, and the egg white & spinach wrap with chicken is a favorite.
