We made out selections of bagels and cream cheese spreads and had a very nice conversation with the owners/ bakers. Tasting the bagels a little later, we wished we had bought more. They were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside just like good bagels should be. The flavors were wonderful, with special shout out to the French toast bagels and cinnamon/ brown sugar cream cheese spread. These bagels are exactly what you would get if you were in NY, so make sure you stop whenever you are in the area.
