    Everything was amazing.

Today was my 3 time ordering here. Each time has been a wonderful experience. Customer service is excellent and the food on point. I highly recommend this location. Also, the meal prep deals are great. They are making our transition into the vegan lifestyle much smoother.

Just finished my first to go from Herbal Farmercy, and it was fantastic! Lasagna was outstanding and filling. Pintos has massive flavor and the Jambalaya had the perfect amount of kick. Not very big or elaborate inside, but you can't beat the taste, and the friendly service!

Original review: i was offered a complimentary meal so i went to retrieve and ended up buying another plate and they gained a customer lol I'll be bringing the entire family next time! I was second guessing if i was eating meat or not lol nothing about anything tasted vegan it was definitely soul food tasting! I'm mostly whole food plant based. The customer service from this older lady amazing definitely makes you feel welcomed. Even the other customers was amazing vibes! I know y'all going to have to upgrade the space soon. I had to update my review as i was reminded why i don't go out to eat in Greenville anymore. Followed up with bringing my family in for dinner. I noticed none of the ingredients are listed on the menu and the pictures used don't match what you actually get so i kept having to ask questions and there's only one person who works up front and this only my second visit but i noticed that last visit too and they get way too much service to have one person running the register, taking order, getting food and trying to answer questions it was very frustrating! I kept having to wait then remind i was waiting but of course when you keep getting called everywhere you forget things. Even forgot drinks, straws and silverware as well as questions he had to leave in the middle of answering cause someone was ready to checkout or he had to get a order. The two options i was looking at to eat they was out of. I had to go out to the car by the time i came in my children was done with their food and still hungry. I seen online about the burger special so i said that's what i would get so i thought but upon checkout he said it was a different price cause i got different sides than what the burger comes with. Also the prices on menu and what's actually rung up are not the same still he said cause of tax but taxes are still added at the end so no that's not it! But anyway there was a white couple beside us he offered them 15% off if they leave a review but didn't offer me that and here i am updating my review because of that and other reasons but mainly that! I go out my way to support black business in Greenville and they go out there way to be more kind to white customers vs their own people. (Not all but the restaurants definitely ) I went thru this at a black owned restaurant down town as well as others that's why i stop eating out in Greenville and also the fact the real vegan options are slim to none. A customer asked what the hot dog was made out of and was told tofu. And i was so disappointed to learn they are using soy based products with no label to warn those that don't eat soy. No wonder our stomachs and head hurt now. The menu needs a serious upgrade to the pictures reflect the actual meal you're getting as well as ingredients listed as well as disclaimer as well as at least 2 people up front! Unfortunately will not be back I'll stick to staying home and knowing exactly what goes into my food I'm eating and not having to worry about being treated differently and some reason i still left almost $10 tip and should not of!

The Herbal Farmercy was difficult to find. This place was opened a year ago as Vegan, we had trouble finding it because there is no lighted marquee. We parked and found the entrance. Greeted immediately with a big smile and a welcome. The menu is on the table and we ordered to go. Not a problem. We ordered an order of "Veggies Plate" and my order of Pulley's Chicken Mac, Bowl size. Yeah, a small place but definitely enterprising. A peek into the kitchen gave me a warm feeling. Order is complete and I pay with my fave CC. As we are driving, I am happy eating the Chicken Mac. It was a very good tasting dish and I would have it again. The Herbal Farmercy is worthy of a stop when visiting Greenville, SC.

The food was not bad, it reminded me of leftovers that had been heated up. The waitress was extremely friendly. The music blaring from the kitchen was so loud that it made it uncomfortable to be there. I had planned on dining in, but due to the music, I changed that to a to go order. It's nice to have vegan options available, but they have got to adjust their music volume as it is a very small establishment. If you like eating in an establishment that is so loud you cannot carry on a conversation, then this is the place for you. Unless they make changes to the menu so that the food appears fresh and the music gets turned down, I would not recommend this place.

Onion rings (just ok), blueberry dump cake and that bomb chicken sandwich?
    kandice t.

Bomb the best vegan food in Greenville hands down! Love everything I've had so far! Seriously, everything is packed with flavor and love! It's a must try!! My must haves/go to are their Philly egg rolls and their chicken sandwich! The owner is so sweet and their family and staff and also so welcoming!! I love that they play music and it's not all quite. They gave many things that are not on their menu but, they have them listed on their instagram account!!! Check that out definitely!

Just WOW! Eugenia is absolutely amazing! Her restaurant is a grand slam. Seriously, all vegan. And so much flavor! Even if you think you know what plant based eating is and would bypass for some crap good, I beg you to just try this place. If I lived closer, I'd be here as often as my budget allows.

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. Our daughter had the Brussel sprouts, which she said were delicious. Serving sizes are good!!

I liked the Almost Heaven burger which is a burger with bacon and egg. We definitely will try it again when passing through! It came with two 2 oz to go ramekins of your choice of dressing. It was definitely no where close enough to put over the large salad and I'm not the type to put a ton of dressing on the salad. When I asked for another one she said there would be a charge for it. I didn't have the coins or the cash for it and didn't want to use my card for such a small amount. So the salad was dry to me because of that.

Hubs had the meatballs (which the server said they only had two left...a friend nabbed the others) and other friends had the moules (mussels) frites and the braised short rib IIRC. The *.frites were the biggest hits. My filet was perfect, Sharon was raving about her mussels being the best she's had in ages. I had a bite of the meatballs, they were ok but people agreed there are better things on their menu. I love that the frites come with a choice of 3 out of about 10 different custom mayos (aiolis for the fancy-schmancy). I tried the curry, sriracha, and a fruity one I can't remember exactly what it was. I liked the fruity one the best and to my surprise, the curry the least (I usually love curry, but the balance was off). The sriracha mayo was too subtle for me, I slather sriracha mayo on my burgers regularly. I have no class. The frites were fresh cut and I enjoyed them but there were far more than I could eat on my plate, and sadly frites don't keep. They have my favorite super sweet Lindemann's framboise lambic on tap; I've only ever had it in bottles before, so that was a treat. My husband thinks I'm crazy to drink it because it is SO SWEET but I love it. So does Sharon, and clearly we're not alone or they wouldn't waste a tap on it :). It's beer for people who hate beer. (I resemble that remark. Maybe hate is a strong word. But in my 30s I realized I'd rather drink a soda than a beer, except for this one.) Desserts sounded good but we were too stuffed to order any. Next time I come, I may try the mussels, or I might just order that steak again.

It's in a basement that feels like a pleasant dungeon or a 1500's rogue tavern, you know, the kind in the movies where plots to overturn evil rulers are hatched. It is a unique vibe and after your meal, when emerging back onto the brightly lit street, it's akin to stepping out of a secret place and back into the light of day. The beer selection is impressive. This food is Belgian inspired. Hence the name being derived from a mix of Trappist Monks, trap doors, and a hidden underground enclave. Many of the beers have higher alcohol content, listed on the menu, be advised. The specialty is Moules Frites, mussels prepared in various broths and fries double fried in duck fat served with a flight of your choice of flavored mayonnaise such as wasabi, curry, truffle, sriracha, etc. Very good. Reservations are highly recommended. It was a busy Thursday at 6:30pm and the place was literally packed, even the bar. The two of us were seated in a large, dark, alcove booth fitting for six or perhaps even eight. We had a reservation, so the hostess said, "we may as well fill it" since it was that crowded. Being such, it was five minutes before we were noticed and placed our drink orders, another five before our water arrived and we ordered and about 30 minutes later to get our food. In between we were left to ourselves. The service was not negligent, but it was minimal and not really friendly either. It was a busy night, so we will have grace. But the mussels were delicious. We both had the Provincale, a rich, savory, Mediterranean sauce of tomatoes, garlic and white wine. Bourdain says "never order the mussels", in his Kitchen Confidential book, but here you are safe because they are very popular and the main feature. I've probably said this before and it is worth repeating, they need to up their crusty bread game. The broth is so good and the accompanying bread just doesn't lend itself to bringing the dish to another level, but it could were it better bread. This is a solid and must do restaurant experience when visiting Greenville. It arguably should be the "one" restaurant you must visit in town because of its unique ambiance and unique food & beverage.
