When you arrive at the entrance gate, buzz the office, and they'll direct you to the Leasing Lodge to complete your application, where you'll receive a decal for your car which lets you in the residents' gate next time. The membership is $15/month, and if you keep it renewing, you get a $15/month credit to use in the coffee shop. Parking requires payment every time, via QR codes posted in the lot. Once you're inside, the coffee shop interior is clean and welcoming, with a decent amount of indoor seating and free WiFi. There are several outdoor tables, and lots of chairs out in the grounds as you head towards the river. The staff is awesome - super friendly and welcoming, and happy to explain your new membership and a points-based loyalty program they offer in addition.
