I saw that the brewery had a Mexican Lager which is one of my favorite kind of lager. So it didn't take much thought as to what I would be getting. The name of the beer was the Dorado Especial. Flavor features are what you would find in a lager such as this. A biscuity flavor, crispness and perhaps a touch of a corn flavor were at work here. It was quite tasty and very enjoyable to have. As another Yelper put it, the beers fell flat for us too. I was hoping there would be more/different notes to each beer, which is the whole point of sampling multiple, but they all seemed quite monotone.
