Today we removed it from the box only to discover the screen was cracked. The television is non operational. We took the television to the store explaining our situation and were told there was nothing they could do. Policy disallowed them to correct the situation. My mistake was believing Best Buy would deliver me an operational television. Never did I think I had to check it for damage. I was wrong and now learned an expensive lesson. I have a television I paid over $400 for and it does not work. Needless to say, I am no longer a Best Buy customer. Store policies should always allow for companies to correct a wrong.

    Had this company, that now goes by Allstar Appliance, come out for a warranty repair on a cooktop…read more Tech was rude and took a total of 5 minutes looking at it. Right away said the parts are on back order and it would be a while before they repaired it. I waited 2 months , got a notice from my warranty company that they said they completed the work and called them back asking why they said that. They said they still only had 2/4 parts and would call me when they arrived and that the warranty company automatically cancels claims after 60 days so they had to say it was done. A month later, still no parts. I called them back again and they said they had 3/4 parts. I asked them what the part number was that they were waiting on and they refused to give it to me. They said they don't provide part numbers to customers or warranty companies. I told them that practice seemed shady. The owner got on the phone and berated me for saying that. He threatened me that he was going to cancel the repair through my warranty company for saying that. I then told him to go ahead but I would need to contact the warranty company about them falsely closing the claim. He then told me the warranty company "automatically closes orders after 60 days" so they had no choice. Told him that was different than what they told me a month prior. He then said he was ending the call to call the warranty company to end the claim. After reading reviews on here it looks like that customer service or lack thereof is par for the course for them.

Ramon did not do that. He was extremely helpful, honest and professional! Bought a washer and dryer with a scheduled delivery at 11:30 the next day (additional $60 delivery fee). Got the beast of my old washer out and installed the new washer with new hoses and venting system at no additional charge. However, the dryer needed a four prong outlet, our current setup was 3. They didn't have the necessary things to change it out but gave us the option of leaving our old dryer so I could wash/dry clothes and would come back the following day. The dryer arrived exactly on the agreed time no between the hours of 9-5 window. The outlet was switched out at no additional charge or NO additional fee for return drop off. Talk about going the extra mile. The two delivery men could not have been nicer or more efficient. Polite, neat and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure why there are unfavorable reviews as that was not our experience.
