The most lazy a@$& employees at this homedepot! Incompetent employees/staff in general! I cannot believe you got hired!!! Waited for assistance over 30min, when someone arrived??!! Rude, no customer service!! Looked as if they hate their life!! I cannot believe the general managers are overlooking all the bad reviews!! I ordered three rugs over a week ago. I was told at the time I placed the order that it would be here the next Wednesday. Nope. I checked with customer service and she said it would be Friday. Nope! I called. The automated attendant ( answering robot) said " we've received your order and are processing it. You will be notified when it is ready". The automated attendant sucks! And when you try to call the store.... Nobody answers! Saturday. No rugs but i did find out that Fedex shows the order in houston at 1:58 AM on Saturday. Home depot? It will be a long time before I order anything or even set foot in your store again. Get rid of the automated robot and answer the damn phone! read more

I ordered materials online to be delivered. The next day the delivery arrived and I questioned the driver when I noticed he was only delivering half of the materials. He told me he didn't know, he was just a contractor and they would probably be delivering the rest later. ( He did point out that the drivers employed by the store were lazy, didn't want to work and pushed off as much as they could on contractors like him!!!) After he left, I called the store and was told they were aware and the rest would be delivered by 8 pm. It never happened. I called the next morning and of course was given a run-around full of excuses ( or lack thereof) but couldn't tell when it would be delivered. Later someone called apologizing and said the deliveries for the day had already been loaded and it was Saturday so when would be a good time to deliver it next week, I cancelled the order. Tip to the store manager: Hire people who will actually do their job or Stop offering services you don't want to do ! read more

This Home Depot is very clean. The employees are always willing to help when needed. The cashiers at the front are super friendly as well. Even through they have self checkouts they will help you check out. Had help from some super friendly girls named Jodie and Rosie, very sweet and answered all my questions even helped me set up my veterans discount on my phone. So I arrived with a bunch of stuff that took me a while to bring in and when I got there, they said they're not taking returns and they don't have any ETA at all 15 minutes three days they don't know so I'm standing here watching her "" manager vaping behind the counter while they continue to make plenty of sales just no returnsbeen on top of all that as I stand here they want to make jokes and act like it's funny then when I asked for help, taking all my stuff back outside, the guy wants to get an attitude the one vaping I would recommend just shopping online and having it shipped to your house also after making me and other people wait for 30 minutes they stood there and laughed and joked in our faces about us standing there waiting for them to get their computer issue "" fixed like I said they continue to sell stuff and do other stuff. The only thing that no one would do is a return seems fishy to me, but like I said, the employees stunk of weed or vaping in the store and he was the manager have any knowledge about anything in the store just incompetent from top to bottom. I always usually pick Home Depot over Lowes for some reason. It takes more time to roam around and browse stuff, and they usually have a lot larger selection of different brands and what not. I was searching for an AIr Purifier which was listed on their site, but unfortunately they did not have it in stock. It was the number 1 rated air purifier on Amazon and on Home Depot's website! Why carry off brands and other cheaper models that arn't highly rated. The only ones they carry are the Honeywell/Holmes brand which are decent, but not really high-end. The staff looked it up on the computer for me and told me she could order it and have it delivered but I needed it today, so next time I will try again. Otherwise I'd just order on Amazon since I have Prime. They do Price Match now! This location is clean across the street from Lowes, so if you can't find it here go across the street! read more

4 pc Samsung appliance pkg purchased 11/25 Don't bother if delivery is important to you. Home Depot got our business because Lowe's had given us so many bad delivery dates in the past and Home Depot had been reliable. We didn't even look to price match. Now Home Depot is doing the exact same thing. To make it worse, I don't even get the delay notice from Home Depot. It's a "recorded" call from Samsung with no new delivery date and no one to talk to. After speaking to both Home Depot and Samsung the new date being offered to me is 1/23. That's 1 month after the confirmed chosen date of 12/21 date (we were offered as early as 12/9) and 2 months after the order date. It is beyond me why Home Depot would put their reputation at risk by selling products of a supplier who could not provide more accurate dates. Even though complaints will be posted against both parties, the one for Home Depot will have the more negative impact on their sales because its the Point of Sale and their employees are the ones giving the customer dates. Being right before the Christmas Holiday and at the last step of the remodel project, this is really upsetting. Home Depot doesn't install over the range microwaves and my contractor will be long gone by 1/23. And of course not having major appliances for the holidays is more than inconvenient. Even If I shopped elsewhere now it would be to late for delivery. Home Depot should insist all their suppliers offer reliable delivery dates. If not then they should make it clear to a customer that the date they are choosing is not guaranteed. This is a disappointing experience read more

Ordered a new fridge on December 3rd and selected a December 15th delivery date in the 830-1230 time frame. Low and behold no communication at 1230+ after receiving a voicemail on the 14th confirming. The delivery service provided a number that isn't answered. After talking to multiple people at the store, they say my delivery has now been changed to a 130-530 window. They blame the delivery service and service blames the store. After taking off work a full day, my only advice is hell with the big box stores. Don't shop at Home Depot. read more

Buyer beware !!! Always check you receipt for sure here. We went in to buy some pavers according to online cost of .25, found them with price marked at .25 cents. Picked up 24 to check and make sure colors and fit was going to be right for the job. Left and went to a different store before checking receipt. After looking found they had charged me .49 cent each not the .25 cent as marked. Back to store going to pavers to make sure of price , took a picture of the .25 cent price going up to get money back. Of course they say the price is .49 cents . Said that that was a sales price and it was over on Wednesday . Called for Manger . Told him the story he wanted to check price. We went back to check and guess what it had been changed by someone , but we had taken a picture and had old price .25 cents was dated and marked showing the 25 cent prices. Other issue was that the pavers we bought were only 39 cent now not 25 cent and not the 49 cents they charged us. I'm sure they should have honored the price as marked but they didn't . I'm sure I want be doing business there anymore. Shame a company does this kind of business to Loyal customers. BE VERY AWARE can't go any lower on rate read more

I ordered items online to pick up in store. There was a glitch between the online app and the store and my items weren't where I had requested them to be. I ended up leaving the store very unhappy, without my items. When I arrived home later those items were on my front porch with a handwritten note asking me to give the store another chance and and also to continue to help them improve their store by voicing complaints.
