Upon asking for a refund I was told they refuse to refund me, but will apply the $125 to a different service (which I don't need). I am a newly divorced single mother and this company made my already difficult situation worse by costing me more money than I needed to spend on this expensive repair. I was upfront with them about the problem, but they were not honest upfront about not being able to fix the issue. They sent the technician anyway and charged me for nothing. Had I known they couldn't fix a refrigerator I would have called someone else who could.

A little pricey but since I'm sleeping in my linen, clean and well-functioning appliances are a must! I passed by another laundromat and it had garbage and trash in their washer... and they were asking for $5/wash. The washer and dryers were about 20 yrs old, rusty, and questionable. But this one: relatively newer and very clean place. The man that works the counter was very helpful with giving me change for my bills. I notice many people come here: that's a good thing. I'm def coming back here when I need to wash some more heavy duty loads. Price for Dexter Stack Dryers $.25/ 7min. I washed my bathroom rugs and bed linen here. They came out nicely.
