I called to get service on my refrigerator. He came out and said he didn't think he could repair it and had watched several YouTube videos and how to fix my ice maker. He charged me $80 for this visit. Told me he would return in a few days to see if he could find a fix for the ice maker. He came back and took a hair dryer to clear ice in the ice maker and then used a tube of silicone to seal around the unit. Told me he didn't know if this would work and not to buy Samsung refrigerators. I was charged $65 for this visit. I told him I had already paid for the service call and didn't think I should have to pay again. The first time he came out he didn't do anything except open the freezer door and close it after telling me he probably wouldn't be able to fix it. I spent $80 for a ten minute visit. I called this company to see if they have a used dryer for sale. They 2 for sale. One was $300 and the other for $350. I ask if they could pick up the old one and they said 'oh you have a machine?' Let us come out to repair it. After taking a day off of work to wait for them. they did not come in the window of time they gave me. When I called they said 'do you want us to come out?'. They did come out and had to order a part. Another day off, they came back to install the part and it did not work. They still had the $300 and $350 dryer for sale. They insisted the $350 dryer was worth $900 new and it ran well. We bought that dryer. There was another visit out a couple weeks later because it was not getting hot. They came out. It did the same thing again about 2 weeks later and was no longer under warranty. Over a period of 5 weeks we spent $350 and several days off work with them and got 2 weeks with a working dryer. I don't want them here again and will not be calling them back. read more

They don't seem like they want business. I talked to them 5 days ago in regards to purchasing a used washer. I was told they had one that would be ready for sale that day and they would call me back. No one ever called. I called again. They said they were still working on it. Fine but call me when it's ready. Didn't call the next day or the day after that. I called again and they said it's ready and we are holding it for you. Great. Called this morning to coordinate delivery. Found out it was sold. Y'all need to learn to communicate! read more

I bought a used dryer from them. The first time I used the dryer, I ran 5 loads through it with no problem. The next time, the heater fuse tripped. I took it back and they repaired it for free, saying that since I was in an apartment, the vent hose/pipe was clogged and not allowing the heat to escape. The apartment maintenance came and cleared out the pipe. I turned the dryer on and it stopped again within the first minute. I took the dryer back and they fixed it for free, warning this would be the last 'free' time. I had the apartment guys make sure to clean the vent pipe, which they did using a snake and a heavy duty blower. But yeah, the dryer tripped within a minute of turning it on. Keep in mind, I've had this dryer less than a month. I got sick of this piece of junk dryer and bought the cheapest new one I could find (not from them!) and have yet to have a problem with it in the past 3 months! Bottom line, Perry's sells junk and they don't know how to properly diagnose/fix anything. Save yourself the hassle and buy new. read more
