Steve helped us choose a granite slab that was below what we expected to pay, exclusive to the company, and instantly our favorite design. We loved seeing a mock up prior to fabrication that showed exactly how the cuts/design would look and it matched exactly when it arrived. She could have just declined the offer politely. But nope, better to ignore. All I can say was that Lauren was rude, unprofessional & unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but I don't deserve to be the object of her wrath. Shame on you Lauren. I was just trying to work a deal with you. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. No need to get offended or short with a potential customer. She has since removed the ability to make an offer because I pointed out to her that her listing allowed me to do so. Again all Lauren had to do was politely decline the offer. So sad. Lauren, you need better customer service & communication skills. Please take my advice & get some.

I prefer mom and pop shops to chain stores. Sometimes it's a bit busy in there, but you do get very personalized attention. I took 2 lamps to be repaired there and they charged me only $20 apiece. I also took a chandelier to have some work done and get cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job at a very fair price. It was far less than I expected. I needed a light for a powder room and was trying to decide on a couple. They took down the display models, wired them so I could plug them into an outlet, and let me take them home to check them out in my bathroom. They didn't charge me anything to do so! It's a good thing I did take them home, because the one I thought I preferred would nit work out there. So it was good I had the back up. That one also happened to be on sale, and I got a much better price than I expected. I bought a ceiling fan as well. Upon installing it, the motor wasn't working properly. The store ordered another to replace it. Again, they were very helpful and offered to replace it immediately.
